Do you have any evidence that these links have been systematically spammed? Might they have just been added by good faith editors?

    Equilar

The above website hosts and sells executive compensation information that it culls from public documents. The first account listed appears to be a "web marketing specialist" who created the article for this company (which may, in fact be notable) on Wikipedia. The other two are refspam single purpose accounts that have inserted well over a hundred links to Equilar throughout Wikipedia, in some cases replacing reliable sourcing. I've also brought this up at WP:COIN, given the potential broader issues. jæs (talk) 03:31, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

    Football fansites -- malware-infected

The Philippines-based seo-package.co.uk spammer above at one point either owned floridafansite.com or else did SEO work for its present US owner, another spammer. The current owner spammed a number of football fansites a few months ago. A quick check of some of these shows Google reporting some of them as malware-infected. They need immediate blacklisting, preferably on meta.

These fansites no longer seem to have a connection to the Philippine sites above.

Here are the two previous reports:

Here's a partial list of sites; there are more out there, I think:

    • spammed with the others; may have subsequently been sold
