Wikipedia:Interface administrators' noticeboard

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Welcome to the interface administrators' noticeboard

This is the interface administrator noticeboard, for discussion of interface administrators and coordination of edits to the interface.

Currently only interface administrators can undelete JS/CSS pages, if you have an uncontroversial undelete or deleted version retrieval request, please list it below.

Any administrator can delete JS/CSS/JSON pages, for speedy deletions just use a CSD template on the page or its talk page.

Individual requests for edits to interface or user JavaScript/CSS pages should continue to be made on their respective talk pages.

    Request to remove wikibreak enforcer[edit]

I am ExclusiveEditor, and I overestimated the time I would spent on break and put a longer wikibreak enforcer. Can anyone please blank User:ExclusiveEditor/common.js so I could login from there. I would also sign the notice on ExclusiveEditor2's user/ talk page of this account being WP:PUBSOCK, so as to use it on unsecure network if required. Regards, ExclusiveEditor2 (talk) 12:40, 6 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Done @ExclusiveEditor: when you log on you should edit your sock's pages to claim the relationship. — xaosflux Talk 15:16, 6 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
    LOL beat me to it. ;-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 15:38, 6 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Another request to remove wikibreak enforcer[edit]

Hello! I'm lovkal and I accidentally put next Friday as the end of my enforced wikibreak, when I wanted to have it until this Friday (today). If anyone would be so kind as to blank User:Lovkal/common.js that would be very helpful as I had great plans spend a four-hour train ride today editing. Once logged in I would be able to verify my identity and this intent. Best regards, lovkal 12:51, 5 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

     Done blanked. — xaosflux Talk
Thank you very much! Have a good one! ~ lovkal (talk) 13:32, 5 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

    Edit filter false positive report[edit]

Hello! If anyone has a chance, please do take a look at Special:AbuseLog/37399293, given that it's to a user's CSS, no one at EFFPR can really evaluate it without intadmin permissions. Thanks! EggRoll97 (talk) 23:15, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Looks good to me. They're just trying to change some fonts that only they can see. Not sure if it'll work due to CORS, but there's nothing malicious or bad faith about it. Any further action needed on our side? –Novem Linguae (talk) 23:27, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Nope, just needed an evaluation on whether the edit should be made. Didn't think there was anything malicious about it, just can't implement (or not implement, as the case might be) since I'm not an intadmin. EggRoll97 (talk) 23:38, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'd be willing to make the edit if you want. Just let me know. That would be the "further action needed" part I was asking about :) –Novem Linguae (talk) 23:44, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, yeah. Please do feel free to, no need to wait on me! EggRoll97 (talk) 01:51, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
