Malware Redirect, this User:Hopiakuta has had those linked in his talk pages as well as on his sock account User:Kutahopia. I suspected the user of doing SEO manipulation and found these links to have "wikipedia" pages cached by Google but instead are now redirecting to a malware website ViriiK (talk) 13:07, 17 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Help on examiner.com[edit]

I'm trying to fix in article, and I'm running into problems using examiner.com news articles. I get the silly spam bot warning that it's a spam site, when it is most certainly not. Maybe it's not the New York Times, but they are a legitimate news source, and in fact, I'm using it for a book review for a wikipedia article. Useless bot in this case, though I'm sure there's some reason why this is happening. Can someone fix this? Or am I stuck with putting in the source without the http:// ? No, it is not. Examiner.com articles are written by freelancers who have little to no expertise in the subject matter concerned and are offered monetary incentives to increase page views. There is little editorial oversight. It is, essentially, a content farm. Do not confuse this site with actual (physical) publications like The Washington Examiner.
