Deletion of Jhett Black Edition

Hello, I see you've deleted a page that I had contested the deletion request on. Once there was a keep request, the page needs to go through review. It's clear that the the reason I gave against the deletion on the article's talk page was completely ignored. The album charted on the official Japanese music chart Oricon, which is enough for an article to have a page.Xenobia4 (talk) 02:45, 10 April 2019 (UTC)

Jhett Black Edition. I listed the article in the section heading. — Xenobia4 (talk) 00:10, 11 April 2019 (UTC)

  • You listed it but did you provide a link? Restored - fix the excessive amount of shouting. Do you think it would be a good idea to provide an article about the artiste before writing about his works? Please reply. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 15:58, 11 April 2019 (UTC)

Thank you. I want to start on a page on the artist, but finding complete information on the Jhett himself has proved difficult, whereas he was only an official artist for a year under the Avex label before returning as a underground artist. His official singles and album releases are easy enough to locate, however. I would love for someone with more experience in tracking down information on smaller artists, if you can recommend a fellow contributor.Xenobia4 (talk) 22:59, 14 April 2019 (UTC)

Will do. Thank you so much! Xenobia4 (talk) 03:54, 16 April 2019 (UTC)

Undeletion request

Hello, I am working for over four days on the hybrid blockchain draft that just got speedy deleted. I am researching different types of hybrid blockchains and have put that information about Polkadot there so I can continue writing on it in my own words. That entire article is being written by myself, except that little piece about Polkadot because I am not finished yet. This is very complex material and it takes a lot of time to make sure everything is accurate. I apologize for this mistake from my part, I was not aware I am in conflict while still working in draft. I do not understand why the entire draft got deleted instead of just that little part of a long piece of work. Please allow me to continue working on that draft. And I will not make the same mistake again. — JeffreyDutch (talk) 10:18, 13 April 2019 (UTC)

  • You have my full permission to continue working and I will try and remember if I see it in CAT:CSD, to leave it for someone else. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:30, 13 April 2019 (UTC)

Thank you so much, I appreciate this a lot. Is it possible the draft gets restored so I can make the changes and continue working on it? Or do I need to start from the beginning again? Thank you. JeffreyDutch (talk) 09:46, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

  • I am getting fed up with telling people to read this so I will overlook your error in that department and will content myself with just saying: read this. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 11:20, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

Thank you for overlooking. I've made the changes to my profile. And would be grateful if you can find time to email me the hybrid blockchain draft. — JeffreyDutch (talk) 13:01, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

  • I found this edit rather amusing. At least it shows you are trying but unfortunately it is not the change I wanted. In fact I gave you a very big hint: what change did I make to your first message with this edit? — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 18:39, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

Well, at least I was able to amuse you for once, unlike many others on this page. To be honest I am really tired now and my only other try currently would be to do this before I try again tomorrow: hybrid blockchain Wait, do I increase my chances if I try both options? hybrid blockchain Wait, that last edit is the correct one. My final answer. Overlook my error again if I amused you. — JeffreyDutch (talk) 19:39, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

Thank you very much for sending me the email with the draft. Now I will certainly sleep well and more educated. — JeffreyDutch (talk) 19:54, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

deletion of John Edmonds (artist)

Hi RHaworth, I see you speedily deleted the page for John Edmonds (artist). I was unable to challenge the speedy deletion. I ran it through earwig copy vio and did not have an issue as it was under 50% from what I can remember. Since the page was speedily deleted, I was unable to confirm the copyright issues or lack there of. Is there a way for you to restore the page and for me to continue to work on the page to mitigate the copyvio issues you saw in it? Thank you, -- Wil540 art (talk) 23:06, 13 April 2019 (UTC)

Deletion of page Umberto Malesci

Hello RHaworth, you deleted the page Umberto Malesci without placing it on Speedy Deletion Wiki. Your assessment on notability is inaccurate. The page had references from the major Italian newspaper that published articles about me, my achievements, and my ventures. "Corriere della Sera" and "Sole 24 Ore" are the most reputable newspapers in Italy. They would correspond, respectively, to the NY Times and WSJ in the US. Doing a google news search with "Umberto Malesci" would provide you significant news coverage about who I am and what I've done:

Below a few relevant articles for your review: [1], [2]. Moreover, there is significant coverage in the US as well including Forbes that cites me as a leading expert in his field: [3], [4] and [5]. I am a recipient of the Milan Chamber of Commerce award as "entrepreneur of the year" for the City of Milan in 2011: [6].

I'd appreciate if you can recreate the page and, if you still are uncertain about notability for my page, start a Wikipedia discussion involving other editors who are familiar with my field and with the reputation of newspapers like "Sole 24 Ore" and "Corriere delle Sera". Best regards, Umberto Malesci — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.173.95.181 (talk) 01:43, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

  • What on earth is "Speedy Deletion Wiki"? Give me a link to it. I am going to assume that neither Internethings (talk · contribs) nor Kingnetworking (talk · contribs) is you so my advice is: kindly have the decency to wait until someone with no CoI thinks you are notable and writes about you here. Janice Griffith

Janice Griffith was deleted despite the verdict at the most recent discussion here. Can you please {{ping}} me and let me know why this was deleted without a more recent XFD, contrary to that discussion? I created a redirect to Cane Hill (band) from that term. The redirect is a different type of entry than the article. -- Jax 0677 (talk) 13:21, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

Hi RHaworth. Jax 0677's message above is misleading at best. In the RfD, he voted to "keep" and wrote, "If the article can be created, then it should be created." So I withdrew the nomination and turned the redirect into a stub, leading to the G4 deletion. That's fine; I wasn't aware of the prior AfD. However, the consensus of that AfD wasn't to "redirect" but to "delete." If this subject is not notable, the page should be "salted," not redirected.
I opened the RfD in the first place due to BLP concerns. If the subject is a non-notable living person, her name should not be redirected to a section about her being a victim of domestic violence, cited to a blog post. I think that this is callous and contrary to BLP. What do you think? — 24.185.5.61 (talk) 18:31, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
  • Jax 0677, you don't get pinged - you are expected to watch this page for my reply. Restored. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 18:39, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
I raised the issue at WP:BLP/N#Janice Griffith. — 24.185.5.61 (talk) 03:07, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
I agree. Where a redirect does not even mention a person at this point, use of that redirect is not rational. And use of any name en passant of any person is not, in general, a reason for use of that name as a redirect where no article about that person exists. Not even a close call. The material was added by a rangeblocked editor in October 2018, and uses a cite which might not even be RS for use of a non-notable person's name in a controversial claim. — Collect (talk) 12:03, 21 April 2019 (UTC)

Helen Engle

Hello, I was working on the creation of a page for conservationist Helen Engle, which was deleted: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Helen_Engle I cited all information used from all sources, fairly aggressively. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to avoid perceived copyright infringement on this text. Best, Hoppelt111 (talk) 18:12, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

  • Please read this and this. Any article that contains "award-winning" in its first sentence gets zapped instantly in my view. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 18:39, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

I did include the link and I have the original content. I can remove the phrase 'award winning' from the intro. Is there any other reason why this page was deleted? Hoppelt111 (talk) 20:40, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

(talk page stalker) @Hoppelt111: The problem was that your biography was copied directly from another website, which we can't allow for legal reasons. I have restored your draft to a basic stub; I'll ping Megalibrarygirl who is a highly experienced editor in improving biographies of women to see if she can help. — Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 15:09, 16 April 2019 (UTC)

Undelete Request Highway Runoff database

Dear Mr. Haworth, Thank you for your rigorous protection of Wikipedia and your prompt attention to my article on the Highway Runoff Database (HRDB). I annotated the top of the page with the note: "<!-- NOTE: The highway runoff database and the associated reports are works of the United States government and, therefore, are not subject to copyright restrictions. This page should not be rejected/deleted due to text copied from such publications -->" At the bottom, I added the code {{USGS}}. The Wikipedia page I created has extensive links to the published source documents; all of which are in the public domain. Finally, I am the primary author of the HRDB and many of the reports that include the HRDB. The HRDB is free to the public, but because it is a government publication, is not publicized. Over the decade since it was first published I have noticed many cases where tax payer money was wasted because government researchers and university students have recreated efforts to assemble information available in the HRDB. I am a civil servant and so have nothing to gain from publication on Wikipedia.

Extended content
In several comments on your talk page, you suggest that people wait until the subject of a page garners outside attention; that is a valid observation. The HRDB has been included in two published and one draft (soon to be published) reports by the U.S. National Academies of Science Engineering and Medicine

Barrett, Michael, L.E. Katz, Scott Taylor, J.J Sansalone, and Marty Stevenson, 2014,Measuring and Removing Dissolved Metals from Stormwater in Highly Urbanized Areas. Transportation Research Board, Washington, D.C., 2014. NCHRP Report 767: https://doi.org/10.17226/22389

Transportation Research Board, Washington, D.C., NCHRP Report 792 https://dx.doi.org/10.17226/22275

It also has been cited by these journal articles/reports

C Ernst, L Katz, M Barrett, 2016, Removal of dissolved copper and zinc from highway runoff via adsorption: Journal of Sustainable Water in the Built Environment Volume 2 Issue 1 https://ascelibrary.org/doi/abs/10.1061/JSWBAY.0000803

and the report Wagner, C.R., Fitzgerald, S.A., Sherrell, R.D., Harned, D.A., Staub, E.L., Pointer, B.H., and Wehmeyer, L.L., 2011, Characterization of stormwater runoff from bridges in North Carolina and the effects of bridge deck runoff on receiving streams: U.S. Geological Survey Scientific Investigations Report 2011–5180, 95 p. + 8 appendix tables, available online at http://pubs.usgs.gov/sir/2011/5180/.

The HRDB also has been cited in several USGS reports, journal articles, and conference papers that I was an author or coauthor on.

However, these articles and reports cite a older versions of the database; people may not be able to find newer versions. Wikipedia can help people find the latest versions. Also, once the HRDB page is created, this Wikipedia page can be used on other Wikipedia pages that discuss stormwater management, nonpoint source pollution, and related topics. In this way students and scientists will more readily find the HRDB and the actual data about the quality of highway runoff. The also will be able to find other original sources cited by the HRDB Wikipedia page.

I spent about 4 hours boiling down information from other sources and reorganizing and rewriting my previous writings on the HRDB and creating the images used on the page. I'd be grateful for feedback on how to improve the work, but nuking someone's work wholesale without discussion or the chance for feedback seems a bit drastic. At the least please send me my work so it is not completely lost. Thank you, GEGranato GEGranato (talk) 19:30, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

Dear Mr. Haworth, Thanks for your feedback and thanks for emailing the page back to me. The item you noticed "not all states have highway runoff" was in the sentence "...The HRDB contains data from across the country but not all states have highway runoff and not all data are representative of current conditions...." and should have read "not all states have highway runoff data..." You are correct that there is even highway runoff in Death Valley, although you would be lucky to catch a sample there. The highway runoff stub is fairly short and I did plan on adding to it (although the author did a good job abstracting a lot of information into a paragraph of similar scope to the other topics on the rest of the page). I tried to improve the atmospheric inputs section on that non-point page by changing text and adding citations because there was a call for help on that topic. Your idea to build a highway runoff page is a good one, — Preceding unsigned comment added by GEGranato (talkcontribs) 15:01, 18 April 2019 (UTC)

  • A decent article on the subject will explain why some states do not see highway runoff as an issue which, presumably is why there is no data. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 15:16, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

The Isis Thesis

Good day, RHaworth, Link to page you deleted: [7]. On April 13, 2019, you deleted the draft Isis Thesis page due to a G12 error:

•(Deletion log); 18:39 RHaworth talk contribs deleted page Draft:The Isis Thesis ‎(G12: Unambiguous copyright infringement of https://edoc.site/birth-of-the-limitless-ancient-egypt-pdf-free.html, https://www.bokus.com/bok/9780976281405/the-isis-thesis/, https://www.bookdepository.com/Isis-Thesis-Judy-Kay-King/9780976281405)

I understand why you did that. Good call. However, I am the author of that paper, and their publication is fine with me. I was wondering if you could reinstate the deleted page if I remove that so-called G12 source citation. If not, could you tell me what you did not like in the article itself. I will add your comments to the Criticism section, if you choose. If you do not want to reinstate the page, I would appreciate a copy of the page. Why was the page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UCL_Juggling_and_Circus_Society deleted? — Preceding unsigned comment added by I m Jojo (talkcontribs) 13:46, 16 April 2019 (UTC)

Sealy Australia Deletion

Good day, Sir! You have deleted our previous draft of [Sealy Australia's Wikipedia page] as mentioned here , understandably so as we have not provided any copyleft notice beforehand—apologies for that! So, we would like to request you to please give us access to the previously written article again as Sealy AU is keen to send a copyleft notice and needs the URL of the page/file.

Of course, if there's anything else you need from our end, or if I'm going about this the wrong way (I'm a Wiki newbie, after all), please let me know! I'm determined to do everything I can to get this article up to par with Wikipedia standards. Deletion - Eugene Lee Yang

Hi, apologies. I was cleaning up my subpages because I didn't previously know how to move drafts to the mainspace -- rookie mistake. What I did before was to create a draft, and then submit another draft to be published instead of clicking "More" and "Move" to mainspace. I might've accidentally added speedy deletion tag on Eugene Lee Yang instead of my personal subpage. Is there a way that this can be reverted? — Verbosmithie (talk) 09:16, 17 April 2019 (UTC)

Hi, this is the link: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Eugene_Lee_Yang&action=edit&redlink=1 or this one: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eugene_Lee_Yang Verbosmithie (talk) 11:04, 18 April 2019 (UTC)

To make sure I got the instructions from your link right, I posted the two links. Now, I'm not sure how to proceed. Please let me know what else I need to do to restore the page. Should I submit [| WP:RFU] or create a new draft for moving to article space? Thanks.Verbosmithie (talk) 05:17, 20 April 2019 (UTC)

Yay, thank you so much. For your first question, I don't know about the others. I can only speak for myself. "So why could you not link to your own article" The instructions here ask for either of the two links: one when it was live or one where your username appears, and so I thought the two links I gave would help you quickly find it. (And also, I wasn't really certain on what to do, this being my first time.) I've been using the Visual Editor all the time, and although I can follow codes I've not been very experienced working with the Source Editing environment, which apparently is the only thing available when leaving comments on user pages. Anyway, thank you very much. Verbosmithie (talk) 10:48, 21 April 2019 (UTC)

Afd Delete or Keep?

Hi, RHawort. Did you mean to close this discussion as a delete or keep: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/MyTicket.co.uk? — Ceethekreator (talk) 11:40, 17 April 2019 (UTC)

You closed this based on one nomination and no comments? This, per policy, should have been a soft delete or a relist. Although according to this, the result was "redirect"; we normally close AfDs as "delete" when we don't even want a redirect. So you've contradicted yourself. Jeff Oster Deletion - Why I'm not certain why this page was deleted. It was approved and stood for a some time. The only recent change was the addition of his nomination to the IMA awards, others of which were already mentioned in the page. The page is not promotional. He has done significant work (which is why it was approved). Please tell me how this page violated part of the Wikipedia rules? Thank you. Meta in MA -- Meta in MA (talk) 12:00, 17 April 2019 (UTC)

I’m sorry: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeff_Oster — Preceding unsigned comment added by Meta in MA (talkcontribs) 23:43, 17 April 2019 (UTC) I would like to point out that this page was completely rewritten and anything that smocked of being promotional was removed (that promotional content was unintentional: it is just my natural writing style. I have no COI). It was absolutely not a cut and paste of a previously deleted page. I worked with two editors to clean up the work: they have since left Wikipedia.

I'm getting really disappointed with trying to submit work to Wikipedia. I'm trying to follow the rules and better document New Age artists, and once I get an article edited to the point where it is approved, it gets deleted. Does Wikipedia what to suppress new authors? Please, I ask you to reconsider and look at the substantial improvements I made and the fact there is absolutely nothing promotional and no COI here. Please undelete my article. Deletion of PassportCard

Well, I must say I am quite disappointed in this swift deletion of an article without giving anyone a chance to respond. I am a long time editor and I have created dozens of articles. Nobody has treated my articles with such utter disrespect. It was not promotional in the least. It was an article about a solid company, with many solid sources to back it up. There is so much crap on here, and nobody does anything for years and years, but an article I sweated over is deleted with one button click? No wonder nobody wants to edit Wikipedia anymore. For shame. Please restore the article and explain where exactly the "advertising" is.--Geewhiz (talk) 19:57, 17 April 2019 (UTC)

Hi, I'd like to request the undeletion of the Draft:Wales Centre for Public Policy. You have stated (G12: Unambiguous copyright infringement of https://www.wcpp.org.uk/about/work-streams/) as the reason, which I'm confused by as I work for the centre (as I've disclosed on my user page) and we own the content on our website. I actually wrote what you believe we've plagiarized! Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by RossNJ19 (talkcontribs) 07:52, 18 April 2019 (UTC)

(tpw) RossNJ19 - It doesn't matter whether you own the content. This page says we can't copy it. Can you please email me the content and I'll make changes to ensure we can use it without having to make changes to our T&Cs. Thanks. -- RossNJ19 (talk) 11:40, 18 April 2019 (UTC)

Thank you for emailing the text. I've now made a change to the text (specifically I've cited the source of the copyrighted text) and hope this is satisfactory and that it will enable the page to be published. -- RossNJ19 (talk) 08:02, 23 April 2019 (UTC)

G11 and a lack of content

I went for G11 on Antriksh Rathi Architects because the username was clearly related, it was obviously the name of a business, and had no content – therefore nothing to suggest it wasn't spam. However, your deletion comment gave me pause for thought that it might not have been the best tag. Any suggestions on the off chance I come across something like this in future? — Triptothecottage (talk) 11:52, 18 April 2019 (UTC)

Not vandalism

my own page user:scmcgowen/catlandism is NOT vandalism and is in fact my own article on my own personal topic and is in my own user space because of that. It is encyclopedic content about my own personal thing. please undo your deletion You also did this deletion without warning to me. — Scmcgowen (talk) 15:45, 18 April 2019 (UTC)

Request to Restore Dave Schulz (musician)

Hello, I would like to request the page Dave Schulz (musician) be restored. I am a follower of Schulz's music and had contributed to the page in the past. I recognize there were recent edits that seemed much more promotional, and may have had copyright violations. (I didn't verify the copyright violations or not). There were also questions about notability.

I rebuilt the page following the standards of other musicians similar to Dave Schulz. In doing so, I added multiple attributions in my first draft, with intent to spend more time on it later to continue adding references and cross-link to other Wikipedia articles. I believe my new version was free of copyright and certainly not promotional in nature. If there are continued questions about notability, I would welcome a discussion on the talk page of the article. Could you please restore my work? — 99Perfectos (talk) 13:00, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

Thank you. But are you able to undelete the page? — 99Perfectos (talk) 17:34, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

  • Why do I need to restore the page? What is preventing you recreating it? Please reply. But I recommend you re-submit via AfC. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 10:28, 21 April 2019 (UTC)

Quandl

I strongly suggest restoring the Quandl page. After a long search I finally found the content on https://wiki2.org/en/Quandl+Milds . The page reads as a description according to me. If you don't agree please tell me which parts are an advertisement according to you. (Feel free to delete those parts).

The following might not sound polite, but has to be said: Some people are actually interested in wikipedia-pages with descriptions of websites that they can use. Please do not vandalize the wikipedia by just removing webpages that you don't like ! It took me a while to find the site and it would have been a lot easier if you didn't randomly remove pages from Wikipedia. Try to improve pages (e.g. by removing what looks advertisement) instead of lazy deletion them. If it seems like to much work, then delete the parts you don't like.

I noticed on your talk page you did this for multiple pages, please take a look at them and restore them. You don't even have to do restore them completely, if the page is terrible just place a tiny stub instead, but leave something behind ! -- Garo (talk) 14:03, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

  • Wikipedia is not a directory for indiscriminately listing websites. "Place a tiny stub instead" - that would be even worse. Take it to DRV if you must. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 16:36, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
Hi RHaworth, Per the instructions on your user page, I'm hoping you can share with me the text of the deleted Quandl Wikipedia page. See deletion log here for reference - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=delete&user=&page=Quandl&wpdate=2019-04-16&tagfilter=&subtype= . In the interests of full transparency, I do have a COI as I represent Quandl and have been asked to reach out to you to recover the text of the page. If you have specific feedback on what made you decide the page was evidence of "unambiguous advertising or promotion," that would be greatly appreciated as we work to fix the page and hopefully one day resubmit it for the Wikipedia community's consideration. Thank you. -- DI-prosek (talk) 17:24, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
  • Be careful you do not reach out too far: you might fall over! Text emailed. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 10:28, 21 April 2019 (UTC)

Operating Systems

Draft:Operating Systems Design and Implementation. Please see this restoration. This article had been originally at WP:Articles for deletion/Operating Systems Design and Implementation, but was speedied by you as A7 before the AfD finished. So I hoped you'd agree with a restoration to draft space. Unless someone improves the article it doesn't seem likely to pass a new AfD, so I've left that message at WP:REFUND. 1. Please review speedy deletion of User:Vidyutblogger/sandbox/Vidyut Gore
  2. Can you confirm you considered contestation (in progress) at User talk:Vidyutblogger/sandbox/Vidyut Gore?

Thankyou. I have prepared this quickly as I have appointment I need to leave for very shortly for a few hours. Thankyou. Djm-leighpark (talk) 19:11, 20 April 2019 (UTC)

I contest that this should not have been deleted under unambiguous advertising. The page was being used as a sandbox consisting of a number of references that were being prepared for use in articles. This may well have been biased ... that is not the point. the page owner has since become aware they are likely to be judged to have a political bias and would likely not be usable directly (but they may arguably be used under the request edit system). I also observe this was a sandbox and was one of ten to fifteen pages deleted at 18:51. I await your initial response. Thankyou. Djm-leighpark (talk) 23:30, 20 April 2019 (UTC)

  • I just observe you have restored the page so just a quick thankyou before I have to zoom off to Chi car boot. Thankyou.Djm-leighpark (talk) 10:28, 21 April 2019 (UTC)
  • Roger, to me, this reads like a crappy bloated resume by an user about herself. And even the most conservative sysops would have U5/G11-ed it, in all probabilities. Also, of all people, Djm-Leighpark does not possess the linguistic competency to write a fresh article and even if he thinks to have the skills, we don't possess spam-resumes in the name of references. Please delete this spam and mail the raw wiki-text to Leighpark. WBGconverse 19:10, 21 April 2019 (UTC)

I got as far as "Rattlesnake scooby doo is an immortal rattlesnake. His backstory is so one day scientists wanted scooby doos DNA so they put him in a machine but at the last second when the machine doors were about to close a rattlesnake jumped into the machine and then rattlesnake scooby doo was born." and thought of this. Hence my reply to Captain Yoshi is, you are clearly not here to contribute to an encyclopedia. Goodbye. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 12:53, 23 April 2019 (UTC)

  • Ritchie333, I thought I was the deletionist and you the inclusionist! Yoshi's piece was an in-universe description of some work of fiction. See this on Youtube. But it was a long long way from being an article and the subject probably is not notable. But given his other edits, I read Yoshi as a good faith contributor.
Captain Yoshi, I can let you see your text - read this. But until you are better at it, please restrict your edits to improving existing articles. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 17:06, 24 April 2019 (UTC)
It was SN54129 who was calling for a block; I was happy to leave them be, and yes the edits at Five Nights at Freddy's 2 were good faith, and your advice here is appropriate. I admit I'm not really "up" on kid's TV these days, though I do have fond recollections of watching In The Night Garden when my children were preschool age. I wasn't calling for it, I was cooing for it. ——SerialNumber54129 08:56, 25 April 2019 (UTC)

Request to restore ESMO Corporation Page

Hi, I have noticed you deleted ESMO Corporation page that I created. The discussion was still ongoing whether the page should be deleted or not and it seemed to me that there were no consensus reached, since only 2 people thought the page should be deleted and 2 agreed to further improve the article. Also your reason is unclear for deleting the page. Please, reconsider restoring the page and moving to articles for creation where the page will be improved to meet the requirements of wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Narine1202 (talkcontribs) 00:27, 22 April 2019 (UTC)

  • "Reason unclear" - don't be ridiculous. Please copy&paste the deletion log entry here and explain what is unclear about it. "Still ongoing" - ridiculous. I did the deletion on Mar 05 and the AfD discussion was not started until Apr 18! — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 09:35, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
  • Comment. First of all, please mind your language, I do not write in offensive tone and I demand the same when being addressed.

Your comment was "(G12: Unambiguous copyright infringement of https://www.bloomberg.com/research//stocks/snapshot/snapshot_article.asp?ticker=073070:KS) (thank)". I just noticed that this was before the page was nominated for deletion. Anyways, if I mention the source I do not understand how this can be an infringement, when clearly I used my own words to write and cited the source as well.... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Narine1202 (talkcontribs) 00:10, 24 April 2019 (UTC)

I consider my message was well within the limits of parliamentary language. Please learn that edit and action histories are counter-chronological. I deleted your page as a copyvio. You created a new version. That one got deleted by someone else after an WPAfD discussion. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 17:06, 24 April 2019 (UTC)

Please undelete the page. I was just removing copyrighted part of the article. It was just 1/5 of the article. Or do you want me to recreate from the scratch. - St.teresa (talk) 08:20, 23 April 2019 (UTC)

Block?

You just deleted more Tiregar spam but would you mind also duck blocking Seraltic? I made an SRG here as they need to be globally locked and at this point with the hundreds of accounts they've made, filing an SPI only feeds more into their ego. — Praxidicae (talk) 10:59, 23 April 2019 (UTC)

I am looking into the possibility that User:Sinovoip has a COI regarding [ http://www.sinovoip.com.cn/eindex.asp ]. I noticed that you deleted their userpage under U5. Shanaya makani

Okay so I found a page in the new page feed of Shanaya makani who I was unsure of notability, so the first thing I was going to do though was to see if there was a page for Shanaya Makani and move it there since that be uppercase, looks like it has been salted, so I was wondering if this is the same person and if this page should be salted also. Thanks. (Looks like there is also a Draft:Shanaya Makani.) I was originally going to do a AFD until I saw it was page protected so I figure i ask you since you salted it.
