About your (non)participation in the January 2012 SOPA vote[edit]
Hi Tabletop. I am Piotr Konieczny (User:Piotrus), you may know me as an active content creator (see my userpage), but I am also a professional researcher of Wikipedia. Recently I published a paper (downloadable here) on reasons editors participated in Wikipedia's biggest vote to date (January 2012 WP:SOPA). Re Trans-Asian Railway Network Agreement#Standards (now redirected) and Trans-Asian Railway#Standards I had to make a number of revisions. Eg, the Russian coupler is SA3 not SA2 (SA2 or even SA2) etc. This leads me to conclude, with all respects, that you are not all that familiar with railroad topics.
