Question from Richard Botd Abbott (22:19, 24 April 2024)[edit]

I am lost as usual. I have an IQ of 84 and I am somewhere on the Autism spectrum. Do I start a new page since my ideas were named differently than what I found on Wikipedia? --Richard Botd Abbott (talk) 22:19, 24 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Question from STRWikiUpdates (15:32, 30 April 2024)[edit]

Hi Dudhhr,

Hope you're well! Thank you for volunteering to be a mentor.

Currently working on Arizona State University ecologist Osvaldo Sala's page, which has been tagged with the "written like a resume" label. Having now read the guide and implemented changes so that the content is neutralized, would you be able to offer advice on additional steps I can take to get this removed?

Thanks for any support you can provide! --STRWikiUpdates (talk) 15:32, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@STRWikiUpdates: The tags are added and removed manually by editors; just wait for another user to come across the article and remove the tag, if they determine it to not be written like a resume. Unrelated to this question, your username violates the Username policy as it implies shared use; I have placed a template on your talk page instructing you on what to do. – dudhhr talkcontribssheher 15:44, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Dudhhr,
First, thank you for your response. Is there a way I can request a review, perhaps even you to see if I've updated content accordingly?
Second, I appreciate your adherence to the username policy, and realize now in setting up my account, I can see how my name would be associated with a company. However, there is no company (feel free to verify), and my work is being conducted for Arizona State University, which is not part of my username. I've updated my profile to be more thorough. @STRWikiUpdates: The paid-editing declaration on your userpage states you have been paid by "STR Strategies"; thus, your username represents your employer and is disallowed. – dudhhr talkcontribssheher 16:02, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You're exactly right on the incorrect entry, and it has been revised accordingly. Please feel free to confirm there is no STR Strategies. STRWikiUpdates (talk) 16:10, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
