August 2018[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, Luke Woodland, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Image without license[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:Ceres-FC.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Ceres-FC.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

An article you recently created, 2019 Ceres–Negros F.C. season, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. A tag has been placed on File:Jane De Leon.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 14:24, 18 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

September 2019[edit]

Hello, I'm Babymissfortune. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you unlinked one or more redlinks from San Miguel Beermen. Often redlinks can be helpful, so we don't remove them just because they are red. They help improve Wikipedia by attracting editors to create needed articles.

In addition, clicking on the "What links here" special link (in the Wikipedia Toolbox at left) on a missing article shows how many—and which—articles depend on that article being created. This can help prioritize article creation. Redlinks are useful! Please, only remove a redlink if you are pretty sure that it is to a non-notable topic and not likely ever to be created. Thanks! Image without license[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:John Denver Trending Poster.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:John Denver Trending Poster.jpg.

ArbCom 2019 election voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 on Monday, 2 December 2019. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2019 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:23, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:2019 Ceres–Negros F.C. season, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:33, 2 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Edits to ABS-CBN shows[edit]

Good day!

I am leaving this message on your wall to inform you that your recent edits to ABS-CBN's programming have been reverted for being speculative and unsourced.

The mere threat of non-franchise renewal does not signify that all of ABS-CBN's programming will cease airing. Already, it can be seen that the same network is preparing to go cableless much like Netflix, Hulu and other over-the-top streaming services.

Even indepndent of that fact, President Duterte's bare assertion that the franchise of ABS-CBN will not be renewed is still speculative at best and unless that becomes true on March 21, 2020 and ABS-CBN's shows do cease airing, only then would your edits will be permissible. I gave sources on most edits. I'm sorry if I made disruptive edits on some articles because i thought the last user gave it as official. I already understood the rules and regulations.

I’m not making any of those disruptive edits. I’m using the edit feature wisely and making sure that the article will be updated if no other users will update it. I’m sorry if you think I did but I’m just doing my part as an editor.

Decline reason:

You have now changed your story- saying you didn't make the edits for which you were blocked. If you are saying someone else operated your account, you won't be unblocked. Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Marcolacson, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Hello, Marcolacson. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "2019 Ceres–Negros F.C. season".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Soulmate (TV series) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Soulmate (TV series), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. I need help on understanding so that I can have the reason to be unblocked. I’m having a hard time understanding a lot of things. And I’m not good with some of them. Thank you. Marcolacson (talk) 03:10, 23 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A non Wikipedia admin chiming in; also pinging Yamla. No offense Marco, but I think your real problem is a lack of reading comprehension. Is English even your primary language? I believe everything you need to know about your block has been handed to you by the website; I don't think it's the admins' job to spoon-feed you everything. Furthermore, abusing multiple accounts and editing from IP to IP in an attempt to evade a block only show that you have a poor understanding of this site's policies, including citing reliable sources, abusing multiple accounts, and respecting copyrights.
Since you've made some decent contributions, I am offering you this one-time-only advice on what to do if you decide you want to come back:
  1. DO NOT CREATE ANY NEW ACCOUNTS. This is a huge mistake that many people make when they are blocked. If you create a new account, we will find out about it eventually and it will ruin your chances of ever being unblocked.
  2. If you have any existing accounts that have not been blocked, stop using them immediately.
  3. Wait a really long time. (I would say at least a year, maybe longer.) Do not attempt to edit Wikipedia at all during this time. The purpose of this is to give you a chance to (hopefully) mature and realize the error of your ways.
  4. Request to be unblocked on this account, here on your talk page. (I am assuming this is your main account, since, of the known ones, it is the one with the most edits.) I believe you can still edit this page; usually the user talk page is the only page blocked accounts are allowed to edit. If you wish to have a new username, you may request a fresh start.
  5. Never engage in any form of sockpuppetry ever again. I am sure it may be fun fooling people into thinking you are different person, but it is dishonest and destructive to the encyclopedia. People think they can get away with it, but they are always wrong. They always get caught eventually.
  6. Do not engage in any kind of disruptive editing. If you do engage in it, you will be blocked again in a heartbeat. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a place for trolling people and fooling around. If trolling everyone is the kind of thing you are into, Reddit or the YouTube comments section is probably a more suitable venue for that activity, but, considering the massive amount of work you have put into some of your articles here, I do not think trolling people is really what you came here for.

This is not a threat; this is intended purely as advice. I honestly kind of hope you do decide to come back some day in the distant future, once you have learned from your mistakes. For now, though, go enjoy something off Wikipedia for a while. Goodbye. You've gone incognito (talkcontribs) 09:48, 23 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I understand what I did wrong and a block isn’t necessary since it’s been blocked for weeks so it made me realize that I have to be better on editing and not to disrupt on editing. Thank you.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficient for any reviewing administrator to take action. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Request reason:

I would like to use my account again for editing please. I learned my lesson from doing disruptive edits and a block is unnecessary since this was blocked a long time now. Hopefully you can review this thank you. I appreciate it.

Decline reason:

You don't appear to understand how to write an unblock request. See WP:GAB. Yamla (talk) 13:16, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Sorry for making disruptive edits on most articles and for making multiple accounts just to do the same thing. Please unblock me. I understand how to edit properly I’m sure I’ll have a few mistakes along the way but at least I know what to do. Hopefully I can be unblock now.

Decline reason:

I'm glad you are sorry for making multiple accounts to edit disruptively, but your request makes no mention of all the logged-out editing you've been doing this whole time as well.

At this point in time your best chance at returning is to follow the standard offer, and not edit at all for at least six months. This applies whether you are logged in to an account or not (i.e. editing as an IP.) Just find a new hobby for a while, and then come back in six months to a year and ask again. – bradv🍁 02:32, 18 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I haven't used this account for years I think maybe you can unblock me. I won't make disruptive edits once I'm unblocked. I already learned from my mistakes and I shouldn't haven't made multiple accounts.

Decline reason:

You're still editing while logged out. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 23:53, 25 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on The Soulmate Project requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Soulmate Project. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
