Editor persistently adding large amounts of unsourced material to NBA team articles[edit]

So an editor has been persistently adding large amounts of unsourced material to NBA team articles. Upon noticing this, I left a message on their talk page on April 9 to which there has been no response, and now today they've continued this behavior. Please advise or assist, thank you. I didn't look too much into their history. Generally, I'd suggest following up with them a few more times, either continuing with personalized messages or escalating template warnings. Is the content verifiable? If it is, you could look to WP:PRESERVE it too. Hopefully they come around. Otherwise, refer to WP:CONTENTDISPUTE. Does this violate username/account policy?[edit]

Hi again Bagumba, I recently noticed NHLNetwork (talk · contribs), an account with a userpage that claims to be the official account for the NHL and its television channel, NHL Network. Is this allowed? Curious to know your opinion about this and how to proceed; of course feel free to take administrative action if it's within your best judgment, thanks.
