Not mentioned in target article as an example, essentially just an empty insult. Creator was eventually indeffed for vandalism. Hog Farm (talk) 19:54, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Not mentioned in target article, an internet search doesn't bring up anything suggesting this is common. We don't need to have redirects for every conceivable insult to the satiric misspelling page. Hog Farm (talk) 19:51, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom. As Hog Farm said, Wikipedia is not a collection of lame jokes. --Stay safe, PRAHLADbalaji (M•T•AC) This message was left at 01:43, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per the nominator. I cannot find a single use of this outside of WP. Glades12 (talk) 09:41, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nom. Not even satirical really. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 09:44, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was keep. -- Patar knight - chat/contributions 01:28, 4 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Miscapitalised disambig qualifer. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 15:45, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep; I don't think that's too big of a deal. --Stay safe, PRAHLADbalaji (M•T•AC) This message was left at 16:55, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy keep as a harmless and necessary {{R from merge}} (Special:Diff/252408355). J947 [cont] 19:40, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep - It's a reasonable error. No gain in deletion. Hog Farm (talk) 19:48, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Strong keep. This was an article for over a year, so it's not unlikely to have been linked to from somewhere. Combined with the fact that its history must to be kept for attribution after merging and that this isn't an implausible error anyway, the harm in deleting it clearly outweighs any possible benefit. Glades12 (talk) 16:20, 29 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The content was apparently modified while merging, but I think the attribution argument stands. Glades12 (talk) 16:27, 29 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per above, I can see this resulting from someone holding the ⇧ Shift key for too long. Also, it has useful history, as Glades12 points out. Regards, SONIC678 02:32, 1 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was retarget to Fundamental Fysiks Group per Bejnar. (non-admin closure) Pandakekok9 (talk) 09:11, 8 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I came across this redirect from the following page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirk_Allen

Saul-Paul Allen is not mentioned on Jack Sarfatti's page. He is, however, mentioned on Fundamental Fysiks Group, although only once and his name does not have a link.

I cannot see a good reason why the redirect points to a supposed acquaintance of the man without any further explanation of the connection between them. IMO, this is confusing to readers. RoyalFool (talk) 15:20, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Not mentioned on the article. I suggest deletion. Soumya-8974 talk contribs subpages 13:28, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete as typo. While this does have the possible appearance of a hoax; let us assume good faith. It might easily have been a typo for "Hindu river", and the Indus is known also as the Sindhū. But the problem is that there are many rivers sacred in one way or another to Hindus. While many say, "The Ganges is regarded as the holiest Hindu river." Kumbh Mela or "Indian Hindu river festival" is at four different river-bank pilgrimage sites: the Prayagraj]] (Ganges-Yamuna Sarasvati rivers confluence), Haridwar (Ganges), Nashik (Godavari River), and Ujjain (Shipra River). And the editor here (@Crashed greek:) indicated the Indus, which is of an older veneration. If this was a typo for Hindu, it probably should not have been a redirect to a single river, but to Rigvedic rivers (Sapta Sindhu) or the seven sacred rivers of Hinduism. However, the Ganges is not one of them, so a hatnote at that target would be valuable for both the Ganges (Ganga) and Kumbh Mela. Alternatively Hindu river could point to either a set index page on all rivers scared in Hinduism (including the Rigvedic rivers), or to an article on Hinduism and rivers, neither of which currently exist, so delete as a typo, unless Crashed greek can show us that "Hindh river" is a valid name for the Indus. I note that neither "Hindh" nor "Hindu river" were found in a Geonames server search; but Hindu as a hydrologic name produced seven names for a single feature:
  • Indo-Gangetic Plain (Approved - N)
  • India (IN) Indo-Gangetic Plain (Approved - N)
  • Pakistan (PK) Plains of Hindustan (Variant - V)
  • Indus and Ganges Lowland (Variant - V)
  • Plain of Northern India (Variant - V)
  • Northern Plains (Variant - V)
  • North India Plains (Variant - V)  --Bejnar (talk) 03:38, 31 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ayashii World[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was procedural close. Speedily deleted by creator per criterion WP:CSD#G7. Psiĥedelisto (talkcontribs) 12:12, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Inappropriate to redirect this page to the main page about textboards; 2channel#Early history is also an inappropriate redirect. I don't know if I'll ever write about Ayashii (probably not), but it definitely won't be any time soon as a source I'd need to do so is only available in print in Japan. The redirect should be deleted. Psiĥedelisto (talkcontribs) 03:41, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete: Original creator here; on second thoughts, redirecting to textboard wouldn't really be helpful to any reader. Anyone searching for Ayashii World would likely already know quite a bit about Japanese message boards, and would probably be looking for a specific article. Incoming links should either remain as redlinks, or go to a dedicated (future) article. --benlisquareTCE 09:53, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Benlisquare: Thank you. Do you mind tagging with {{db-blanked}}? That way this can be non-admin closed. Psiĥedelisto (talkcontribs) 10:57, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Unlikely search term which barely appears at target article. Not many pageviews also. CycloneYoris talk! 01:56, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom; unhelpful redirect. 173 pageviews over a five-year period probably means that it's not worth including on Wikipedia. --Stay safe, PRAHLADbalaji (M•T•AC) This message was left at 03:02, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. Note that the pageviews probably result from people jokingly typing in "Leeee" and then clicking on the suggestions. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 15:47, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete: Ultimately, it's an unlikely search term, given its length (significantly longer than "Leeroy Jenkins", I should note). Javert2113 (Siarad.|¤) 11:53, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete It's a random number of letters (specifically 'e' and 'o') that it would be hard for anybody to get the exact spelling. Captain Galaxy (talk) 20:49, 30 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
