Weak delete. I don't think the exclamation point is all that implausible, and the page view statistics show a steady stream of one or two hits every other day or so. The result of the discussion was Retarget to Scotty Doesn't Know. I am closing this discussion early since the current setup was the result of RussBot correcting a double redirect after Scotty Doesn't Know was blanked and redirected to EuroTrip in 2006. At this point, executing the nominator's proposal is essentially uncontroversial cleanup. (Note: The article at Scotty Doesn't Know was merged and redirected to EuroTrip as a result of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Scotty Doesn't Know, a discussion that happened in 2006; the article was restored in 2010. The phrase "unjust crime" is not identified in the target article, nor is the word "unjust" mentioned in the target article. This phrase seems as though it might relate to False accusation, but I'm not completely sold on that at the moment. Steel1943 (talk) 21:12, 8 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. I have usually seen sources use the phrase "unjust crime" as just another colorful expression for criminal activity. See this example from the Congressional Record, where it refers to human trafficking as an "unjust crime." Retarget to Justification (jurisprudence) per AngusWOOF. Sure, it's commonly used as a colourful phrase, but the root of that use stems from the fact that legally, there are some crimes which as "just crimes". I would oppose targeting to Miscarriage of justice, since that is not a crime.
