Retarget. I'm not sure there is a primary topic here, but if there is one it is Jason Polan who is not listed on the dab but only via Polan (surname) so I think the best thing would be to target Jason Polan and add a hatnote Polan redirects here, for other people with this name see Polan (surname), for other uses see Polan (disambiguation). Weak support. The three other Jims with this name don't appear very notable (footballer/politician/water polo player) and if I search Jim Cameron on Google I mostly do get James, yes. The result of the discussion was Retarget to Ira#IRA 2 per WP:DUPSECTNAME. Thanks to Coupdeforce whose comment made me do some research about why they said "IRA 2" instead of "IRA" as a section redirect. In related news, their comment resulted in me creating the redirect WP:DUPSECTNAME, as well me making a series of edits on Help:Link to make the information regarding linking to a duplicate section name on a page easier to find.
