This redirect does nothing but give one editor's POV opinion that a movie plot was ripped-off from a television series. It should be deleted as its only purpose is to vindicate one editor's position. かんぱい! Scapler (talk) 09:32, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Delete While a POV is not a reason to delete a redirect this could be considered an attack on the subject. It is also not something a person looking up the movie would use.--76.66.180.54 (talk) 23:38, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete as unlikely and confusing redirect.--Lenticel (talk) 00:21, 8 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was Deleted. A safe house may be a guest house, but a guest house is not always a safe house. -- JLaTondre (talk) 19:18, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Suggest deletion per WP:REDIRECT#DELETE 1), 2) , 3) and 5). I guess quite some people will be surprised to be sent to Al-Qaeda safe house when for examle looking for an accommodation for their holiday in Libya. IQinn (talk) 03:58, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom. I can't find a good alternative target for this redirect.--Lenticel (talk) 00:27, 8 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep The Seeton Hall report specifically mentions “Libyan guesthouse” as a locus. The target needs an expansion on the phrasel uses of the various documents involved. It seems likely that anyone entering "Libyan guesthouse" should be sent to a section of Al-Qaeda safe house. Rich Farmbrough, 11:07, 9 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]
Comment I can not confirm that the report would support a redirect to Al-Qaeda safe house. It looks quite the opposite to me. According to the finding of the report it should be redirected to Guest house. Did you mean this report? If not please link to the source. Thank you. IQinn (talk) 12:59, 9 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Delete as novel or obscure and unused redirect. This seems to be a kanji for grass or sprout. I'm okay with foreign language redirects for unique places and or terms such as the native name of a country. However, grasses are not unique to Japanese society. Both misspellings that are not likely to be searched for, especially given the position of O relative to W on a QWERTY keyboard. --HXL's Roundtable, and Record 02:10, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weak keep since a variant of the Wade-Giles romanization of the name is "Suchow" 65.94.45.167 (talk) 05:56, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep - Not so much as a typo but as a plausible misspelling if a person knew the word phonetically but not how to spell it. かんぱい! Scapler (talk) 09:40, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
but that kind of spelling would only be made by people who have not heard much reporting of Chinese proper nouns. Though the pinyin ending "ou" is often butchered as an English "ow", Western media often pronounce[d] "Guangzhou" and "Zhou Enlai" reasonably well. --HXL's Roundtable, and Record 13:51, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
