BTNH Worldwide → Bone Thugs-n-Harmony[edit]

Originally created as a copy/paste of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony; I couldn't think of a speedy criteria and prod/AfD would have resulted in having two redundant articles for 5 days. So, I redirected since the existence of a redirect does little/no harm, but I still see this as a non-viable misnomer. BTNH already redirects to Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, and Google search yielded no indication that "BTNH Worldwide" is used to describe this group. KuyaBriBriTalk 14:54, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Obongo → Family of Barack Obama#Malik Obama[edit]

This redirect goes to a section of a page regarding one of Barack Obama's half-brothers, but that half-brother is known as "Abongo", not "Obongo". An IP editor attempted to nominate this page at WP:AFD and was unable to complete the nomination, but did post the following comment on the talk page: Derogatory/racist nickname (anti-African) should not redirect to Obama's page - unprofessional. Unless this word can be clearly connected to Malik Obama, I would recommend a delete for the redirect. Metropolitan90 (talk) 05:14, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment from creator I initiated this redirect as Malik Obama was listed as "Malik Obongo Obama" in the target article, Family of Barack Obama. The term "Obongo" now no longer appears to be present in the article, I have no idea whether it's accurate and no strong feelings either way as to the outcome of this discussion.
