User:Vivek Kumar Pandey (2nd nomination)[edit]

WP:FAKEARTICLE says that Userspace is not a free web host and should not be used to indefinitely host pages that look like articles, old revisions, or deleted content. This particular user page does differ from an article in being about a "user" and a "Wikipedian". However, it certainly does look like deleted content: that deleted in:

(And as a user page, we've already had Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Dr. vivek Kumar Pandey.)

Moreover, it has been treated as an article by other editors: it was recently edited by User:Spallahabad (contributions), who went on to re-create Dr. Vivek Kumar Pandey and Vivek Pandey (thereafter deleted for the sixth and fifth times respectively, and salted).

As for the user himself, User:Vivek Kumar Pandey, the quantity and range of his contributions to en:Wikipedia hardly seem to require a quasi-biography in his user page. -- Hoary (talk) 00:55, 27 January 2015 (UTC) (slightly reworded 01:08, 27 January 2015 (UTC))[reply]
