  • If Sagar Pagar is notable, he should have his own article: until that is created it's usually best to leave him as a red link. If he's not notable, then a redirect might make sense, but only to an article that a) has substantial content about him, and b) is on a closely related topic. Amruta Fadnavis doesn't pass either criterion. And if a readers searches for "Sagar Pagar", that article would be among the first to come up in the search results anyway. After seeing it there I tried to look up the phrase, which is how I learned by searching on WP that we use the name heras fencing and it refers to those builders' fences.

For starters, let it be known that the target article for "Watch Dogs" only refers to the first game in the series. So, while specifying "Watch Dogs 1", the searcher can find the article they were looking for (the first game in the series), because they had no prior knowledge that the article for "Watch Dogs" wasn't about the series, but only the first game.
