Tropical Storm Bopha (2006)

This storm is not sufficiently notable to justify a stand-alone article. It was submitted to Articles for Creation in November 2022, and the reviewer said to discuss at the parent article talk page, Talk:2006 Pacific typhoon season. It was then resubmitted by an unregistered editor (122.*) without discussion. It was then rejected due to the lack of discussion. The 122.* editor then copy-pasted the content of the draft to Tropical Storm Bopha (2006), which had previously been a redirect to the season article, and redirected the draft to the new storm article. The weather notability guide states:

In order to be split off, the basic rule of thumb is that a system should have had a significant impact on land.

. This article, to the extent that it is intelligible, does not describe a significant impact on land.

Redirect pre nom. The draft for this article was created by an IP on 25 March and at no point has it been intelligible English nor properly referenced. The IP addresses keep changing, but same person, most recently 122.52.66.207, has been persistent. The storm is competently described at 2006 Pacific typhoon season. Redirect? Usually, if a storm caused enough damage to properties and loss of life in the Philippines, then that's what would make me argue in favor of a keep (like in the case of Typhoon Haiyan). [Revised] Weak support for redirect or delete. Delete as per WP:NWEATHER statement above. Yet noncompliance to the same statement is also insufficient to make this article a redirect, having this can make further confusion as there's an article on a tropical cyclone with the same international name that caused much significant impact six years later.
