Interstellarity, thanks for the help! I'm an inexperienced editor so I'm unfamiliar with the process. I was hoping that after creating the page others would join in and help me with the information instead of having to do it all by myself. Will others still be able to help me edit in draft mode? Others can see your draft and edit it, however I would recommend not relying on others to create the article for you. It is not listed in search engines like Google or DuckDuckGo. Creating an article from scratch is one of the hardest tasks on Wikipedia and many new editors like yourself struggle to do it. The page H:YFA is a helpful guide that guides you through the process of creating an article. I would recommend that you edit existing articles so you can get a feel for how Wikipedia works. Thank you for the advice Interstellarity. I've been editing a couple websites to expand my knowledge on the tools and guidelines, and I'll definitely keep doing so and check H:YFA. Creating a Wikipedia article is more daunting than I thought, but I'll get there. :)

Background section of American Rescue Plan

We could add a summary that there have been multiple laws passed concerning the COVID-19 pandemic Also it was reported that Biden had concerns that some of those pieces of legislation, notably the CARES Act and Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, was not targetted enough to the poor and emphasize to big businesses. Hi Phillip Samuel, I have included information in the background, including the previous bills signed. I also mentioned the $2,000 stimulus, which was supported by Trump, Biden, and Democrats. However, I do notice that the sections "Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic" and "Impact of COVID-19 pandemic legislation" are empty. I think these two sections should be removed now that I inserted information in the background. I do plan in the future to nominate the article to GA-status once Biden signs it into law but for now, I will focus on improving the article and adding information. --AmericanRescuePlan2021 (talk) 21:39, 7 February 2021 (UTC)

AmericanRescuePlan2021 Talk about the economic and public health impact of the pandemic. Economy-wise, there has been lost jobs, high unemployment, high rates of eviction, increased national hunger, no schools running, billions of federal aid passed went to big corporations and less to the poor, income inequality has increased massively, etc etc. Health-wise, there have been 450,000+ deaths, over 27 million cases, no comprehensive federal strategy, etc. The background is about the problems America faces, and the ARP is the solution. About New York

I saw a article saying that New York would receive $50 billion in funding as part of the $1.9 stimulus plan (American Rescue Plan). I added this information in the article. AmericanRescuePlan2021 I've reorganized the headings so that the info better fits, but in the meantime, I don't think Wikipedia accepts the New York Post as a reliable perennial source, so the source will have to be replaced with a better one or another editor will remove it under WP:RSP. @Phillip Samuel: I just removed the source and replaced it. I also added that the stimulus would boost the incomes of poor Americans by $4,000. There is a section called "Provisions". Do you think the stuff should be moved to the "Economic impact" section? I understand that you have concerns about my ability to comply with Wikipedia copyright guidelines, and I want to assure you that I can do so and regain your trust. I will make much more of an effort to check and double-check my edits so as to comply with WP:C, WP:CV, WP:REUSE and deeply familiarize myself with those WP policies. For example, in the 2021 United States cyberattack page you mentioned, when I copied within Wikipedia, I put in the edit summary "Copied content from exact Name of Article; see that article's history for attribution." so as to comply with WP:CWW, WP:PATT. Regardless, I do understand that I will have to be much more careful in adding information and paraphrasing as to not violate Wikipedia copyright guidelines. I have made numerous edits, created pages, and helped with IP vandalism and intend to help contribute to Wikipedia. American Rescue Plan Act of 2021

There were multiple amendments brought onto the Senate floor. Bernie Sanders introduced the first amendment to raise the federal minimum wage to $15 per hour. All Republicans and 8 Democrats voted against the amendment. After the vote, Sanders stated he was not surprised by the outcome and vowed that progressives would keep fighting on other fronts to raise the minimum wage. Senator Tom Cooper introduced an amendment which would extend the unemployment benefits through the end of September but would cut the benefits from $400 to $300. The amendment also did not tax the first $10,200 of unemployment benefits. Senator Joe Manchin, a key vote in the Senate, disagreed with Cooper's amendment, stalling the Senate amendment process for hours while his Democratic colleagues and the White House pressured him to support Cooper's amendment. Manchin had initially signalled he would support a GOP-backed amendment by Senator Rob Portman to cut off the unemployment benefits at July. After hours of negotiations between top Senate Democrats and the White House, Manchin stated he would back a revised version of Cooper's amendment which would cut off the unemployment benefits at September 6.

Word to the wise

BTW something to watch out for: when you add material to an article, do NOT use wording copied directly from the source - as you did with the first sentence of the “Investigation” section, or the “Reality Winner” material. You need to summarize or reword or rephrase the material, at least partially. Using the source’s exact wording without quotation marks is a violation of our copyright policy. No problem. BTW I notice that Draft:Trump administration data seizure still exists as a redirect to the article. Do you want that deleted? Most of us like to have our drafts deleted after we move the thing to mainspace. Sorry again, but I removed content you recently added to that article as it was too closely phrased to https://www.cnn.com/2021/06/20/politics/justice-department-subpoenas-congressional-democrats-trump/index.html. Here are some examples of what I removed, with overlap bolded:

"The DOJ data seizures came amid a broad leak investigation focusing on numerous stories related to the Muller investigation, including the disclosure that Carter Page, a former Trump campaign adviser, had been subjected to a secret FISA warrant. The probes investiated many in the government who may have had knowledge of leaked classified information, including congressional staffers."

"The DOJ's original subpoena was meant to identify people connected with the staffer. Apple provided names connected to the accounts the company had records for, which included Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell. This was potentially the first time the DOJ knew they had records of the two Democrats, according to CNN's sources. It's unclear what the investigators did to alert supervisors after the lawmakers' names were turned over in the records subpoenaed."

I am willing to give you a chance here, but next time I see copyright violations I will reinstate my previous indefinite block. I advise you read Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing#How to write acceptable content, which gives advice on avoiding close paraphrasing. Citation error

Your edit of FBI search of Mar-a-Lago references the citation named ":0", but there is no such citation in the article.
