sir, could you please hear my part of the story, I have not been given even the chance to speak my part sir, I am a completely new editor here and I had no idea of the rules of not having two accounts but I have not been guided and have been constantly discriminated by the reviewer and the article I wrote sir is of an inspirational character in India who has been unnoticed in recent internet times due to very less availability of details in the net and that is the reason for publishing such article. (Non-administrator comment) @Abhirup2441139 I would advise you to be careful with your baseless accusations of discrimination etc. Your drafts were copyright violations, and/or largely promotional, and/or offered no evidence of notability. They were declined and subsequently deleted for these reasons; there was no discrimination involved in any of this. In addition, you have a likely COI issue, which you have only alluded to and not actually disclosed as required, and you were operating multiple accounts against Wikipedia's terms and condition of use. is closed. After reading this talk page, I am disinclined to unblock this user. This needs to be explained or withdrawn if it is a legal threat User's ill-founded claim of discrimination, used to justify creating another account to get past the WP:AfC reviewers, is quite off-putting. It shows a lack of understanding as to why the draft was not accepted, and it is not discrimination to hold this user equally to the same rules as everyone else. @Deepfriedokra hi, thank for your guidance, and to clarify my reply, it was not a legal threat appropriate authority was the appeal system as provided for in Wikipedia. Further in claim for ill founded accusations of discrimination, I was unable to understand the totality of the policies adopted by Wikipedia and mistook it as discrimination, further I would like to add that there is no point in making legal threats and if that were the case a legal complaint would have been filed but I was aware of the policy on legal threats and I apologise if the reply about appropriate authorities was misunderstood. I would be grateful to you for your guidance as I was unaware of the rules on multiple accounts and Notability policy which created the whole incident but I can assure you that there was no Tendentious editing on my part and that allegation against me was uncalled for. hi, @DoubleGrazing , there has been an article about Arup Das a namesake of the one I was writing about. That article has caused trouble to me and my family multiple times as that person and my father Arup Das who represented international level in football hail from same state and for that reason there has been multiple problems that we have to face in our daily lives as Wikipedia is the most used and freely distributed encyclopaedia. For that purpose it was important for me to publish his article. I apologise for my behaviour but as you can see it was necessary for me to publish it but due to lack of experience in Wikipedia I failed to provide appropriate Notability but I have gathered enough sources and reference now as per Wikipedia standards. And as for unblocking I don't see any hope anymore but surely feel that article would have been a good addition to Wikipedia English for Asian viewers especially the subcontinent.
