99k Blok moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, 99k Blok, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) In addition, there appears to be a WP:UPE or WP:COI conflict. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, and have addressed the UPE/COI issue, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy and I think because I made wrong edits to wiki articles that's why an admin blocked it. My IP address is 10.35.235.183. Pls I beg you guys to unblock my IP address, I swear to God I will follow Wikipedia rules and regulations this time, I promise pls.
