Suspected sockpuppets[edit]

The user Subeer waaxi makes this edit [1] on 7th november 2018. In the same month the IP account 161.52.14.205 makes this similar edit [2]. The User:Ciise Muusaaniya makes this edit on the 5th of december [3] and few hours later the IP account 94.234.46.115 makes 2 indentical edits here [4] and here [5], this same IP user was also banned on the 2nd of December for 48 hours due to vandising other articles here [6]. I also think its very important to note that these accounts and IPs are also linked to Issa Musse Clans who was banned on the 3rd of december for promotional edits, as you can see here [7]. The names Ciise Muuse, which is derived "Ciise Muusaaniya" and Issa musse are different spellings of the same thing, one is an anglicized version of the Somali clan name, that coupled with the fact that the Ciise Muusaaniya was created 2 days after the Issa Musse Clans account was blocked, is IMO solid evidence that these accounts are operated by the same person(s). The aforementioned banned account Issa Musse Clans made these edits here [8] and here [9], which are indentical to the edits of the above listed accounts and Ips. It's pretty clear now that not only is this individual a persistent vandal but that he is also evading a block. Similar vandalism on Berbera with deliberately deceptive edit summaries. Sir Li Wei attempted to justify the changes by falsifying a reference. David Biddulph (talk) 08:57, 11 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
