Superficial: There is a similarity between the two users' names. HarryPotterFan4747 was blocked on December 15, 2014, and TheAmazingRaceFan7474 started editing December 16, 2014. Though the editor interaction analyzer doesn't show any specific articles of intersection, they both tend to edit in children's articles and random biographical articles. There are also clear behavioral intersections:

1) Users tend to add parenthetical numbers, usually with no explanations. I believe the parenthetical numbers represent episode "segments". (Half-hour cartoons often have two cartoon "segments" per half-hour episode)

Addendum: It should be noted that although the user has engaged in problematic editing at the Arthur-related articles, typically by asserting his worldview that a running tally of story segments should be included and increase with each new episode (Episode 1 (2), Episode 2 (4), Episode 3 (6), etc)) in this edit the user appears to change a sourced box office gross to $112,743,250 when the sourced value is $113,307,962. This would tend to suggest a deliberate attempt to disrupt, rather than simply being stubborn. Disclosure, I found a cached version of the page from November 2014 that reflects this lesser value here, but there's no logical reason to use old data. Clear similarity in name. *Fan4747 or *Fan7474. User tends to edit children's entertainment articles. There is an intersection at Veggietales. TheAmazingRaceFan7474 made these six edits with a net result of a single date range being changed. SkilletFan7474 made these 46 consecutive edits with a net result of a lot of numbers being added to the subject headers. I had a lot of problems with this editor at articles related to the Arthur children's TV series, where they kept adding odd segment numbers to episodes like here. I'm requesting a checkuser because another editor, MineUser (MinecraftUser) is also submitting unsourced dates at articles related to Arthur, and much of the disruptive headaches at this subject have come from 7474 socks, which is why I suspect this MineUser. This sock operator tends to use weather-related names. 2005AtlanticHurricaneSeason is consistent with that. StormExpert edited at Arthur (season 19), as did AtlanticHurricane. In fact, both accounts have four articles of intersection, including three at Arthur-related pages, all within 15 days of one another. The fourth area of intersection is at Mountain Dew where the user adds flavors (as StormExpert) and adds more flavors (as AtlanticHurricane). Looking through AtlanticHurricane's edit history, there are lots of edits at List of VeggieTales episodes. A previous sock, HurricaneExpert edited Lyrick Studios, which produced VeggieTales. StormExpert has edited VeggieTales articles in the past, as well as the article for the production company of VeggieTales, LyrickStudios. In addition, this new LyricStudios editor has added unsourced lists at Mountain Dew, which other socks like 2005AtlanticHurricaneSeason and StormExpert has done. Note also that LyrickStudios seems to prefer bulleted lists over plainlists, for example. StormExpert didn't like this plainlist template, and also prefers bulleted lists. Oh, and in those last two examples we can also note that he thinks the infobox is the place to put long, ridiculous lists of flavors, instead of referring readers to the body of the article. I have blocked LyrickStudios for a username violation (implied shared use). He will almost certainly create a new account, but I'm not sure if a CU is warranted yet. There's a bit of a twist here. The name formatting of this editor is similar to one of StormExpert's last suspected socks, LyrickStudios. This new sock has numerous edits at 1987 Atlantic hurricane season, which seems to match the "StormExpert" motif, though I haven't seen many edits in weather-related articles before, though StormExpert has used socks named after these articles, like 2005AtlanticHurricaneSeason. I believe that StormExpert is actually a sock of HarryPotterFan4747 and I'm hoping we can do a CheckUser to confirm that.

List of Yo Gabba Gabba! episodes is a common article. As LyrickStudios1983 (believed to be a StormExpert sock), as U.S.Presidents7474, as HarryPotterFan4747.

Arthur (TV series) is another common page.

As LyrickStudios1983, as 2005AtlanticHurricaneSeason (a sock of StormExpert) as SkilletBand7474

The reported sock has made a number of weird numerical edits like these [21][22][23] where he appears to be summarizing the division titles won, in a completely non-intuitive way, in boldface. Not a competent decision. Editor appears to be into numbers. We see these numerical additions from StormExpert which are similar to these edits from LyrickStudios1983.

One of the Harry socks, StormExpert made this edit where he introduced a number of date ranges for series hosts in the infobox. Note the embedded note at the top of the page: "2. Do not add year or season information next to any judges here! That info is already in another section below and is against Template:Infobox television which says "Years and/or seasons should not be included"" StormExpert was clearly editing against community consensus.

In this edit, Stereo Heat adds date ranges to the infoboxes again and removes the embedded notes that instruct users not to add the ranges. In addition to this, he squirrely tries to fudge consensus by removing the template documentation entries that say "don't add dates". Pretty ducky, but considering how prolific this vandal is, a check for sleepers and such might be helpful. Thanks. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 22:48, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Addendum: Come to think of it, it may be premature for a CU. I don't see a lot of behavioral similarities beyond that one example, and there were a few people who kept battling over years in the infobox. Might need to close this one as unconfirmed.
