Corruption in Wales[edit]

Target article does not discuss Wales specifically at all. Sister titles Corruption in England and Corruption in Scotland are redlinks, while Corruption in Northern Ireland is a fully-formed article. Delete to encourage creation of an article, or at least a section of an article. (I would have no objection to keeping, or restoring post-deletion, if a solid relevant paragraph were added to the target article.) -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (they|xe|she) 04:16, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete for a beneficial redlink with the least possible objection to recreation if redlink goal is fulfilled through a section/article. CMD (talk) 07:49, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete to encourage article creation. The page gets very little attention. Yoblyblob (talk) 15:28, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Not mentioned at talk page. Not even a real character (if it's not mentioned at Wookieepedia, that should tell you something). TNstingray (talk) 02:16, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete, not mentioned at target page. CMD (talk) 07:50, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Star Wars Line[edit]

Delete due to ambiguity. "Star Wars Line" can refer to many different things: lines as in movie quotes, or lines as in crowds waiting for theater tickets and seats. These in turn could technically apply to any of the nine films. TNstingray (talk) 02:14, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom. While the first page of google results is exclusively quotes and memorable lines, these are not restricted to any single one of the films and the second page includes several results relating to lines of merchandising for the franchise. Thryduulf (talk) 14:01, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per multiple uses. Additionally unusual capitalization with Line. Yoblyblob (talk) 15:34, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Christlike[edit]

The result of the discussion was soft redirect to Wikt:Christlike. (non-admin closure) Utopes (talk / cont) 00:10, 4 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I suppose this might be a similar conundrum as "is water wet?", but by definition, being Christlike couldn't refer to Jesus since this is the standard being compared to by the adjective. In this case, should this point to Christianity or Christians? Or is the redirect too vague to keep? (this was created by a user who has since been blocked indefinitely for problematic redirects) TNstingray (talk) 01:59, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep or soft redirect. My first reaction is to soft redirect to wikt:Christlike but I don't see the current target as problematic - if someone is searching for this they are likely either wanting information about the term (for which they should see Wiktionary) or looking for what attributes someone or something described as "Christlike" is being said to have and the Jesus article is probably the best article we have to find that. Thryduulf (talk) 14:05, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Soft redirect to Wiktionary.★Trekker (talk) 16:47, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Soft retarget: to wiktionary. I would prefer this not be kept just because the term Christlike generally refers to people who exhibit the traits of Jesus, but not Jesus himself. I don't think there's a really posibility an encyclopedic article can be written on this topic, so the wikt retarget is fine for me. TartarTorte 18:01, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Soft retarget: to wiktionary per above --Lenticel (talk) 00:07, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Soft redirect per TartarTorte. SouthParkFan2006 (talk) 14:50, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
