Comment: This appears to be a relic from the earliest days of Wikipedia, when, I guess, it was common to place subtopics like this at subpages (i.e., this would originally have been located at Glorioso Islands/Transnational issues, which does indeed exist). When Wikipedia's programming language switched from UseModWiki to the PHP script back in January 2002, all of those pages were automatically moved from "Topic/Subtopic" to "Subtopic of Topic" titles. Of course, having a foreign affairs subtopic for the Glorioso Islands was silly, so it was redirected later that year. I don't know if this has any value as an {{R with old history}}; in any case, if it is kept, it should be retargetted back to Glorioso Islands. —Compassionate727 ^(T·C) 14:40, 28 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This is a broad general concept (not specific to any particular branch of accounting) for any information that needs to be included along with reported financial information which is not one of the prescribed financial data reports (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow, sometimes others depending on the governing body and accounting standard used), which include the notes to the financial statements and also separate documents such as management discussion & analysis and notice to reader. Notes and MD&A are redirects to sections in financial statement anyway, and I'm not sure why we don't seem to have any info about the last one but it would probably also be on that page.
