Redirect to Take My Breath Away. This is a cover of that song by Love to Infinity under the name Soda Club[1], a band we apparently have completely the wrong information about.--Launchballer 22:23, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
It charted at #16 on the UK Singles Chart. It really should be added to the article.--Launchballer 11:57, 18 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Launchballer, good find! Yes, redirect is appropriate. Please add an Other covers and renditions section AngusW🐶🐶F (barksniff) 06:36, 19 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Not mentioned at the target, internet and GScholar searches do not suggest that this is a name for testosterone medications signed, Rosguill talk 17:46, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment Could either be a misspelling of Testavan or tastevin. UserTwoSix (talk) 18:34, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. A redirect that could be a plausible typo for multiple targets, both of which are themselves redirects, is likely to cause confusion and unlikely to be helpful. Best to defer to search results. Mdewman6 (talk) 16:36, 18 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nom and Mdewman. Confusing redirect which proves unhelpful to readers. CycloneYoris talk! 00:23, 25 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was retarget to List of Hanfu headwear. plicit 06:43, 25 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This seems to be a distinct subtype of skullcap, with high cultural importance, but there's nothing on the target page discussing gua pi mao in particular. Yitz (talk) 17:09, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Tiberius Nero[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was keep. (non-admin closure) CycloneYoris talk! 00:20, 25 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This redirects to a DAB. There are three people listed known primarily as Tiberius Claudius Nero/Tiberius Nero. Of these, pageviews indicates a clear PT. MB 14:47, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. The two emperors in the list, Tiberius and Claudius, which you ommitted, have far more views than any of these. It's inherently ambiguous, there's no reason why any of these targets should be preferred. Raw page view numbers are variable and fleeting, and WP:DPT specifically says they 'are not considered absolute' for determining a PT. The only thing that matters is whether "Tiberius Nero" is likely to refer to your proposed target more than the others; and there's no reason to believe it does. Avilich (talk) 15:24, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. It appears that Avilich is right on this one: pageviews are not reliable. A Google search for "tiberius nero" -wikipedia returns a first page of almost exclusively results for the emperor Tiberius, whose full name appears in multiple sources as Tiberius Claudius Nero (other than one link to the Shadowhunters Wikia page for a character whose full name is Tiberius Nero Blackthorn). Better to redirect to the disambiguation page and let readers select the article they're looking for (Tiberius is listed there along with the three individuals known as Tiberius Claudius Nero). Scientific expert[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was delete. plicit 14:53, 24 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This has been around since Feb 2007, without change, but has only two links from article space: Environmental memory, linked as "scientific expertise", where it's obviously wrong; and Björn-Ola Linnér, a member of an international committee, which conceivably could be correct but, if so, should probably be replaced by expert witness. Whether a scientist is an expert is somewhat subjective. So I think this is WP:RFD#D2 confusing, and cannot find a better target, so tentatively suggest Delete. 85.67.32.244 (talk) 20:41, 8 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

It could possibly be retargeted to Subject-matter expert. 85.67.32.244 (talk) 21:01, 8 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Trust (law) USA[edit]

The result of the discussion was delete. plicit 14:52, 24 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Delete per WP:RFD#D8 "obscure". There were only a half a dozen uses of this in articles, invariably piped, which I have replaced either with a piped link to the target or an unpiped redirect e.g. trusts. It's a bit MOS:EGGy and seems an unlikely search term. Strictly WP:NCDAB says a parenthetical phrase should be "added" without prescribing it be at the end, but it is unusual. 85.67.32.244 (talk) 08:37, 10 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This is the result of a merge of 2006, but the article history is not at the redirect. There's also Trust (law) non-USA, but that does have relevant merge history, hence not bundling. Discussion of (re-)merge at Talk:Trust law/Archive 1 § Re-merge with Trust (law) non-USA? 85.67.32.244 (talk) 08:43, 10 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Possibly a bit unspecific, but most importantly, this is a former nickname of Arkansas. Should this be resolved with a hatnote, another one for Land of Opportunity should be added as well. ~~~~

The result of the discussion was restored article and send to AfD. (non-admin closure) CycloneYoris talk! 00:08, 25 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Canadophile is NOT synonymous with Canada, as Francophile is not synonymous with France or Russophile is not synonymous with Russia. I was trying to convert it into an article, but someone reverted it, citing DICDEF. 2409:4061:2D1D:B8B8:804A:E54A:78DB:CEFE (talk) 06:26, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Restore article and send to AfD. This article was PRODded, the next step in that process is to nominate for WP:AFD. Converting it to a redirect and then immediately nominating the redirect for deletion is an end-run around that process. Courtesy ping JalenFolf. Ivanvector's squirrel (trees/nuts) 12:57, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Restore and AfD per Ivan's squirrel. I have no opposition to this action, as per the IP, the redirect is nonsense anyway. Jalen Folf (talk) 14:23, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

These are misleading redirects because neither Interstate 94 nor Interstate 90 traverses both North and South Dakota; so there is no reason to search using the collective term. -- Tavix (talk) 01:09, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This is an implausible disambiguation given that neither North Dakota nor South Dakota are known as simply "Dakota" (the collective term is The Dakotas). -- Tavix (talk) 01:07, 17 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
