Seemingly nonsensical redirect target; this term is hardly exclusive to Panasonic products. It seems to appear in the metadata for some media on Commons (like this photo). TheAwesomeHwyh 23:55, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. This redirect may cause confusion. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 17:05, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. "Ver.1.0" is in no way exclusive to Panasonic. JIP | Talk 23:05, 28 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete as everyone stated, this is a common term. -2pou (talk) 18:48, 30 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'm thinking we should either 1) retarget this to the DAB page Slumber, or 2) delete it if a better target can't be found, since it's interesting why someone would type it like this, other than holding the SHIFT key for too long. Also, could there perhaps be something notable with this particular capitalization? Regards, SONIC678 22:24, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - I don't think that this really is helpful. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 03:15, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • DElete as UNhelpful. We can't include every possible typo, especially an odd miscapitalisation like this. Narky Blert (talk) 15:01, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete obvious typographical error. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 17:07, 23 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Borders of Norway (disambiguation)[edit]

The target is not a disambiguation page ("Borders of Norway" is not ambiguous), it an article that explain what the borders are. Speedy delete declined by user:Explicit: "Declined speedy - Borders of Norway was created as a dab page and was altered over a year later. Not a clear-cut case, should be discussed at WP:RFD". Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 19:32, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • To be honest, I do not remember why I made the redirect. I guess just as a service after finding this strange link. I have no problems with removal. The Banner talk 19:58, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was retarget to Enclosed Alphanumeric Supplement. signed, Rosguill talk 18:35, 29 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Retarget this and similar to Enclosed Alphanumeric Supplement. While the symbol is not even mentioned in the article about the number (or, with the other symbols in the block, the letter), a reader can find a lot more information about it in the article about the group of symbols. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 17:28, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

me.com[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was keep. signed, Rosguill talk 18:34, 29 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

MobileMe is a defunct Apple feature which used the me.com domain, so this redirect made sense at the time. The domain is still in use, but I'm not entirely sure for what; in a web browser, it redirects to an Apple iCloud page and there are also people I know whose personal e-mail addresses are @me.com. Hopefully, an editor will know what the right replacement target is; I'm sure only that it's not MobileMe. Matchups 14:44, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep due to it seeming quite clear that the URL is currently not being used for any other concept/product yet, and is still owned by Apple Inc.. Steel1943 (talk) 17:08, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep the me.com domain is strongly associated with the MobileMe product. Apple transitioned to the icloud.com domain when MobileMe was replaced by iCloud. Redirecting to the iCloud would be the alternative. Brandon (talk) 17:13, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep, or alternatively disambiguate based on my draft. feminist (talk) 13:52, 28 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Draconic Rebirth[edit]

This isn't mentioned in the target article, and while I did find a playlist on YouTube by that name with four DragonForce songs from their album The Power Within, I'm not sure if it proves this term's connection with DragonForce. As such, this should maybe be deleted unless a better target can be found, or someone can find a reliable source proving that the band has something to do with "Draconic Rebirth." Regards, SONIC678 04:30, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - I'm seeing this term used online in reference to a bunch of fictional situations, none of them appearing to be any more definitive than any other. Deletion seems to be the right call. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 06:42, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Not a 2017 film, and all incoming links have been fixed. Kailash29792 (talk) 04:29, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - Looks like a clear-cut case for deletion to me. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 12:51, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. According to the article, the film was originally scheduled for release in 2017, so sources before the film was pushed back would refer to it as a 2017 film. -- Tavix (talk) 23:18, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Former Wei[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was keep. While there is still a split decision by the numbers, it appears that consensus is that the redirects should be kept. MarkH21 and the anonymous user have created a firm justification on why "Former Wei" typically refers to Cao Wei with their Keep rationale, while the Delete !voters are not entirely convincing. (non-admin closure) Utopes (talk / cont) 22:53, 30 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Not mentioned at the target, I wasn't able to find any examples of Cao Wei (or really anything) being referred to as "former Wei" on Scholar or the internet at large. Delete unless a justification can be provided. signed, Rosguill talk 19:37, 14 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, Steel1943 (talk) 02:23, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete both - The use of the term "former" here makes these both appear unhelpful. I'd rather that we just be rid of these. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 06:43, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep both: The term is used in some academic sources (e.g. textbook, 1994 historiography book, 1881 book, 2018 PhD thesis) to distinguish Cao Wei from Northern Wei. This semi-infrequent English usage comes from the also-somewhat-rare Chinese terms 前魏 (literally former Wei) for Cao Wei and 后魏 (literally later Wei) for Northern Wei. Former Wei is not the preferred terminology by historians in either language, but its usage exists. — MarkH21talk 11:19, 27 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep doing a Google Books Search, easily results in finding "Former Wei" used for this. [1][2][3] -- 65.94.170.207 (talk) 10:21, 29 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Nom comment I'm satisfied by the above keep justifications and would move to close as keep. signed, Rosguill talk 18:34, 29 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
