This sounds like the name of a political party.  — Mr. Guye (talk) (contribs)  22:17, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Seems to have been created as a joke back in 2003. Has received only 14 hits this year. Does not strike me as encyclopaedic to have this kind of adjective describing a group, even on redirect pages. How would "list of funny black people" or "list of funny disabled people" etc go down? JZCL 17:05, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete I'd have been happy to have this as a redirect to an appropriate target. The only targets I can immediately think of that would be are a list of people meeting this description who have been described as "funny" in reliable sources (unlikely topic for a list, and indeed we don't have one) or a list of LGBT comedians - far more plausible (and the only three entries this list had before being redirected would I think belong on such a list) but there isn't anything of that nature listed at Lists of comedians, Lists of LGBT people or any of the lists listed there. Delete. The unmatched closing parenthesis is superfluous here, and with just 4 hits this year it isn't being used. 125HSM exists as a redirect to the same target, created by the same author on the same day in March 2006 as this redirect and the target article. My best guess is that it was created in error by copying one character too many from the opening sentence ("125 High Speed Mode (125HSM) is..."), but as the author hasn't edited since 2011 this is conjecture and so it isn't suitable for G6 speedy deletion. Delete. This is a redirect tagged as being in Japanese to a target with a clear affinity to Japan, so that is not an issue. However, it does contain an unmatched opening parenthesis. 尺八 (しゃくはち) (with balanced parentheses) exists to the same target. The article gives the Japanese name as "尺八、しゃくはち" which doesn't match either redirect, but the third character is "、" (U+3001 IDEOGRAPHIC COMMA) suggesting a different way of disambiguating perhaps? (Google translate renders them as "Shakuhachi" and "Shakuhachi (shakuhachi)", the Japanese Wikipedia article is at ja:尺八). Thryduulf (talk) 14:26, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was speedy deleted, WP:CSD#G6. Titoxd(?!?) 22:50, 24 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Delete On 14 May 2011, 9 months after the last edit to the page, Undescribed moved the page about the 2005 storm to this title and then moved it back 1 minute later - their only edits to the article. The redirect has no significant views. Tropical Storm Alpha redirects to the same target. Thryduulf (talk) 12:44, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Delete The article was created at this title in late April 2010 and (with the exception of 6 hours in a user sandbox) remained there for about 2 weeks until moved to the present title. The editor who created the article hasn't edited since 2011 so I'm unable to check if this was truly an error, but I don't think it serves any useful purpose over 8 years later (and there is no indication from the page view statistics of significant use) - especially as there are 10 other pages in the article namespace with titles that begin this way. Rulership in Hinduism[edit]

The result of the discussion was delete. ~ Amory (utc) 18:50, 1 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please delete, as this lemma appears to be too specific here – the term "rulership" does not even occur once within the given target article. Neufund (talk) 16:28, 12 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment. This is tagged as a redirect with possibilities, and there is an article on this exact topic at Hindupedia so it seems correct in that regard. I agree though that the main Hindusim article is too broad, but I'd prefer to retarget this than delete it - if we can find a better target. I'll let the Hindusim project know about this discussion. Thryduulf (talk) 17:02, 12 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. The current target mentions "rulers", but mostly only in the context of "Muslim rulers" or "British rulers"; Hindu law likewise only in the context of "Mughal rulers"; while Hindu kingdom points to Kingdom of Nepal and Hindu politics to Hindu nationalism, so neither of them are much use; and a Maharaja might be a Hindu ruler, but more often is not. One of the articles in Category:Hindu law might be a plausible target, but none jumps out at me. It seems like we don't have any coverage of the idea of rulership in Hinduism, so there's nowhere useful for this to point. – Arms & Hearts (talk) 22:40, 15 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
