This is a list of redirects that have been proposed for deletion or other action on October 13, 2017.
Thirtysomething redirects[edit]
- The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
- The result of the discussion was retarget to Thirtysomething. Adding hatnotes can be done manually. (non-admin closure) J947( c ) (m) 05:41, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
- Thirty-something → Ageing#Dividing the lifespan (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
- Thirty something → Thirtysomething (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
One of the redirects was retargeted to the 1980s series thirtysomething per previous RfD discussion. Right now, I am torn between retargeting both to either the series, the dabpage, or ageing#Dividing the lifespan. I would prefer retargeting both to the dabpage; I am uncertain whether readers typing those redirects want to search for either ageing or the series.— Preceding unsigned comment added by George Ho (talk • contribs) 21:00, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Redirect both to the TV series as the actual term doesn't really have an article and is more of a dictionary definition. Add "redirects here" and hatnote to the Aging and society or Ageing article. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 20:43, 14 October 2017 (UTC)
- Redirect both to the TV series and add the hatnote to thirtysomething per AngusWOOF. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk) 00:06, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

- Wikipedia:Contact us/blocked → Wikipedia:Contact us (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Not exactly sure what this redirect is for? Does it have any purpose? DrStrauss talk 17:13, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Comment: This redirect is a {{R with history}}. Steel1943 (talk) 17:42, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Keep. The page history is part of the historical fabric of the Wikipedia project, and should remain available. At one point the root page (Wikipedia:Contact us) had links to several subpages, including this one. The other ones appear to have been mostly moved to stand alone pages with hyphenated names e.g. Wikipedia:Contact us - Subjects but there is no equivalent page for Wikipedia:Contact us/blocked, probably because the notifications placed on the user talk pages of blocked users are now much better and serve the same purpose. The Uninvited Co., Inc. 18:09, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Keep per {{R with history}}. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 23:45, 13 October 2017 (UTC)

Children´s and Young Adult Program of the Berlin International Literature Festival[edit]
- The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
- Children´s and Young Adult Program of the Berlin International Literature Festival → Berlin International Literature Festival (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
I redirected this to its current target per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Extraordinary Book, but I am not so sure if this is a plausible search term, with its acute accent. feminist 16:19, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Delete this is a program within the festival event and doesn't carry independent notability. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 16:12, 16 October 2017 (UTC)
- Delete per AngusWOOF. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk) 00:05, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

- Bug (dog breed) → List of dog crossbreeds (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Not mentioned in target article, is a {{R from history}} redirected 5 days after it was created in November 2005. Steel1943 (talk) 15:59, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Delete can be re-created if it's been added to the list with notability. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 16:12, 16 October 2017 (UTC)
- Delete per AngusWOOF. At the moment, there's no coverage of such a breed, but when there is and it's added to the list, the redirect can be recreated. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk) 00:08, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

- Borderjack → List of dog crossbreeds (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Not mentioned in target article. However, Border jack is a {{R with history}}. Steel1943 (talk) 15:55, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Delete until the breed is common enough to have an entry. Currently not linked from other articles, just talk pages, AFDs and wikiproject discussions. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 16:27, 16 October 2017 (UTC)
- Delete per AngusWOOF. Same as Bug, no coverage, but can be recreated under one redirect if there's enough coverage to add the breed to the list. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk) 00:09, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

Glares[edit]
- The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
- The result of the discussion was retarget to Glare. (non-admin closure) feminist 09:49, 20 October 2017 (UTC)
The primary topic of "Glares" would be the plural of any of the various meanings of "Glare"; the term should redirect there. bd2412 T 15:53, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Retarget to Glare which is a dab page. I've added Gloor as an entry. Glar and Glaar can still point to Gloor. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 22:18, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- The above discussion is preserved as an archive of the discussion. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page.

- The result of the discussion was delete. Fun fact: "brug" is Dutch for "bridge". -- Tavix (talk) 16:48, 23 October 2017 (UTC)
Not mentioned at target. However, this redirect is a {{R with history}} and was redirected in 2009. Steel1943 (talk) 15:52, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Delete until the breed is common enough to have an entry. Currently not linked from other articles, just talk pages, AFDs and wikiproject discussions. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 16:30, 16 October 2017 (UTC)
- Delete until there's enough coverage from reliable sources to warrant addition to the list. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk) 00:10, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was move to Lord family tree without leaving a redirect. --BDD (talk) 18:04, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
- Template:Lord family tree → Lord family#Family tree (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Cross namespace redirect, unlikely search term Ten Pound Hammer • (What did I screw up now?) 02:42, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Delete, looks like an error or uncompleted project, with negligible page views. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 07:13, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Don't delete. This is an {{R from merge}}, so the requirement to preserve attribution prevents us from deleting it. If its presence in the template namespace is really such a big deal, then it can be moved (without leaving behind a redirect) to a subpage of the target article. – Uanfala 13:05, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Move without redirect to Lord family tree per the last couple of times this came up (I'll find the discussions if requested). This resolves the CNR problem and puts the history somewhere useful. -- Tavix (talk) 13:42, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Move to Lord family tree; this would be consistent with Riley family tree (RFD 2017 July 25). Peter James (talk) 20:09, 14 October 2017 (UTC)
- Move without redirect to Lord family tree for consistency per the votes above. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk) 00:11, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

Good name[edit]
- The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
Not in target and generally means something other than given name - like reputation PRehse (talk) 14:51, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
- Comment See Your good name. This is a very common phrase used in Indian/Pakistani English, and refers to one's personal name. Mar4d (talk) 15:26, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
- Soft redirect to the wiktionary entry per Mar4d. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk) 19:38, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
- Wiktionary might be good for this, but key it off of "good name" not "your good name" as it could refer to reputation, actual name, or brand. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 23:39, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
- We could create a not-very-good disambiguation page with reputation (or some similar target), {{wiktionary}}, and a bunch of WP:DABMENTIONs: the concept of good name in Bangladeshi names, film by Evgeniy Sivokon, episode of The Scarlet Pimpernel (TV series), song on TSOL (album). Not sure if it's a great idea, just throwing it out there as a possibility. 59.149.124.29 (talk) 12:04, 6 October 2017 (UTC)
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, -- Tavix (talk) 01:56, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Dabify per the draft. Good job AngusWOOF. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 11:09, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Dabify per AngusWOOF. When someone creates an article about given names in South Asia, then this could be redirected there and the dab page moved away from the primary title. – Uanfala 13:12, 13 October 2017 (UTC)

Not mentioned in the target. Assuming this was referring to a game mode, this could easily be renamed to Natural Disaster Survival as an image exists for it, otherwise should be deleted for misinformation. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk) 00:36, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
