The result of the discussion was keep. I'll refine it to #Computing as a bold editorial action. Feel free to revert, but I trust it's uncontroversial. -- Tavix (talk) 16:25, 10 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Implausible redirect. Why would you type the character twice? Pppery (talk) 22:15, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom. ~ already redirects to Tilde. By the way, this is the maximum number of consecutive tildes one can have in a page title; 3 or more will indicate signature, timestamp, or both in wikitext, and so are disallowed in page titles. GeoffreyT2000 (talk) 23:02, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep as the target article gives several instances of the meaning of a double tilde in various programming languages. Uanfala (talk) 09:41, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per Uanfala. Thryduulf (talk) 13:41, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Refine to Tilde#Computing, which contains all the information the article has about "~~". Didn't find anything elsewhere.— Godsy (TALKCONT) 18:21, 5 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

"Adult themed" is too broad to redirect to a specific video game. "Adult content" redirects to Pornography, so a redirect to there may be more appropriate. ☾Loriendrew☽ (ring-ring) 22:12, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Fine whatever you like — God's Godzilla 22:17, 3 September 2016 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by God's Godzilla (talkcontribs)
@God's Godzilla: Please remember to assume good faith and avoid personalising discussions - comment on the redirect not on the nominator. Thryduulf (talk) 13:50, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • weak delete. The search results "adult theme" (and variations) have a mixture of meanings, erotica and pornography are about 50% while things like violence, gore, risqué humour and simply "intended for emotionally mature audiences" comprise the rest. I'm not against a retarget as suggested by the nominator but it's not my preferred solution. Thryduulf (talk) 13:50, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. I can find no good target for such a general term. A concept article could possibly be written on this subject, in which case a red link would be appropriate. — Gorthian (talk) 20:15, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete as a bit vague --Lenticel (talk) 05:42, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. Not a term specific to video games or eroge. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 18:53, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete - This term can refer to multiple things that are not video games, as stated above, and the redirect should just be trashed. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 20:52, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Myxomatosis.[edit]

The result of the discussion was delete. -- Tavix (talk) 16:17, 10 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Not a useful redirect - the only difference between this and Myxomatosis (the unrelated article) is punctuation (a period that can barely be seen), and the only reason there is a difference is due to stylistics on the part of Radiohead with the song titles on Hail to the Thief (they've all got periods in them, apparently). It makes searching very unclear, and the article already has a hatnote for the song. MSJapan (talk) 21:49, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete as confusing, or (2nd choice) retarget to Myxomatosis. The hatnote there sets searchers straight. Google results are no different for "Myxomatosis" or "Myxomatosis.", meaning that the few hits this has gotten are not from there. — Gorthian (talk) 20:43, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was retarget to Easter Bunny. — Godsy (TALKCONT) 04:22, 10 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Should be a disambiguation page between Easter Bunny and Makemake, not a redirect to Makemake. toothfairy for instance, is a redirect to tooth fairy. 2602:306:3653:8440:98D5:C730:2238:4C2F (talk) 18:26, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Redirect to Easter Bunny. If disambiguation is needed then a hatnote could be added to Easter Bunny but that seems unnecessary – it was only an internal codename for Makemake according to the article, not something it is commonly known by.--JohnBlackburnewordsdeeds 18:33, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • I agree that it does not make sense for this to be a simple redirect to the dwarf planet. Makemake was only very briefly (and informally) known as Easterbunny. In fact, based on the edit summary, it appears that User:Atlantic306 was attempting to remove the link to Makemake here but made a mistake. The Redirect to Easter Bunny seems best. Meters (talk) 18:38, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Agree, redirect to Easter Bunny Atlantic306 (talk) 21:20, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment malformed nomination fixed. Pppery (talk) 22:28, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Retarget to Easter Bunny as {{R from misspelling}} — Gorthian (talk) 00:53, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Retarget as above. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 19:08, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was retarget to Taiwan (disambiguation). — Godsy (TALKCONT) 03:54, 10 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The PRC's definition of "Taiwan region" isn't exactly coterminous with areas currently controlled by ROC. The plan is for Kinmen and Matsu would come under direct administration of Fujian province.--Prisencolin (talk) 07:01, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
