Delete. Liujiang man is a completely different fossil find, not related to Tianyuan man. It has caused confusion to at least one reader. Jack (talk) 10:36, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Liujiang man needs an article. Anyone want to start it?--Ninthabout (talk) 00:11, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
    • I've started it as a stub. [1]--Ninthabout (talk) 00:21, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was procedural close. Converted to stub. --BDD (talk) 00:00, 20 February 2013 (UTC) (non-admin closure)[reply]

Not mentioned in target. Was apparently mentioned at one point, but mention removed. Low traffic (29 hits this month), no incoming links. Ten Pound Hammer(What did I screw up now?) 00:51, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep. The fact that some misguided editor removed the relevant content with an insufficiently informative edit summary should lead us to repair the article, not expunge all mention of a notable music industry figure. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 03:36, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep as creator of redirect, valid search term, just because it has been erroneously removed from the article is not an issue - restore it. 29 hits in a month? That's still 29 people who have found their way to a relevant article, which is nice. GiantSnowman 09:15, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment - TenPoundHammer previously nominated this redirect in July 2012, see Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2012 July 5#Donna Hilley - no consensus. GiantSnowman 09:16, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete I'm sympathetic to TPH here. There's currently no mention of Donna Hilley at the target, and at its peak, coverage of her seemed to amount to the fact that she existed and was an executive. If that's all we can offer readers, the redirect is deceptive at best. In the meantime, I'm tagging it with {{R with possibilities}}. --BDD (talk) 20:52, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
That's a bit artificial though, isn't it? We really don't have anything to say about her. --BDD (talk) 22:09, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
She appears to have been quite influential in country music/this company, I'm sure the section can be expanded. GiantSnowman 22:14, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • The mention was removed again because Hilley was CEO of the publishing company Sony/ATV Nashville, and it appears that this is being mistaken for the record company Sony Music Nashville - or was she also CEO of the record company? Peter James (talk) 21:25, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Hilley became President/CEO of Sony/ATV Nashville in 1994, and retired and was replaced by Troy Tomlinson in 2005.[2][3] John Grady was President of Sony Music Nashville 2003-2006.[4] They're different companies - one's probably part of Sony/ATV Music Publishing (only part owned by Sony, according to its article), the other's part of Sony Music Entertainment. Peter James (talk) 23:05, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Well in that case we should change the target - or create a stub as proposed below. GiantSnowman 11:12, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Would anyone object to closing this on procedural grounds if I just stubified the redirect? Of course, if she doesn't meet WP:BIO, we could be right back where we started. --BDD (talk) 22:31, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
If you stubifiey a redirect, you, or anyone else, should close it's RFD as "Moot. Converted into article.". Emmette Hernandez Coleman (talk) 23:09, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Per what I'm reading on this discussion, sounds good to me BDD. "Stubify" it. Steel1943 (talk) 08:12, 18 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Done Fair warning, though, that it's a rather short stub and I'm not likely to revisit it. Improvement by other editors would be welcome. --BDD (talk) 00:00, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
