It also seems unlikely that this will be creative commons licensed, and the bing page does not confrmt that at all, so please give some good URLs to the picture and license. Thanks Nnoddy, I now have the picture and it passes the first check, now we need a valid license, pick from CC-BY-SA-3.0 or CC-BY-3.0 or CC.0. Jesse Owens in 1978[edit]

Description: My grandfather was the mayor of Pasadena, Texas. This picture shows Jesse Owens in the Pasadena area for his contributions to the Special Olympics, and our city's sponsoring it as well.
