Reason: Proposed replacement is more recent (2015 vs 2007) and contains a new skyscraper (the Tower at PNC Plaza which just opened a few days ago); higher resolution (3840px tall vs 1200px); more dynamic range; better exposure (no significant overexposure in the sky).
