Reason: While a bit grainy, it's a fine picture of a notable person, from newspaper archives. And, yes, I should be working on other things, but they were taking ages so I switched to something simpler for a little bit. Plus, it's one of the core topics for WWI, and I want to support Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/Operation Great War Centennial =)
