Merge for now without prejudice against recreation - The PBA has indeed suggested the formation of a women's basketball league in the Philippines, and plans to establish it in the near future. However, as far as I know, these plans are just plans and so far there is no concrete information about it yet (even the "WPBA" name isn't official yet to my knowledge). At best, maybe there could be a mention at the main Philippine Basketball Association article, but for now, I think it's too soon for a separate article.
