He doesn't meet WP:GNG, WP:BIO, WP:NBUSINESSPEOPLE or even WP:NPOL. He is amongst top officials of a number of local organizations. However he doesn't have significant or independent coverage. All coverage about him is either 1 liner quotes about some recent business impact or a press release stating his election or nomination to such and such post.
