Delete - lacks significant coverage to meet WP:NLIST and possibly is NOTTVGUIDE or WP:NOTDIR per nom. Might even be issues with WP:V too. Maybe an article about sports broadcasting in Albania would be notable but a live list of the current broadcasters is not an encyclopaedic topic.
