Eclipse is not historic and has no references but a NASA database page. There are also no references or sources to be found for this article and it has attracted zero media attention. Though the idea of a zero-second eclipse is nice and all, there's really no evidence for this article's notability and by WP:NOTDATABASE it should probably just be redirected to List of solar eclipses in the 19th century. I also think it would be good to look through other historic eclipse articles that may not be notable and consider redirecting those as well, but that's a topic for another discussion. Thank you!   • Comment: I'm somewhat neutral on this one. Based on the path of totality it was certainly observed in eastern European cities and other locations, even though there were no published journal articles on expeditions. There are a couple of boilerplate web sites on the event, but it isn't showing up in any books.
