Unsourced ministub on a very minor political party in Lesotho, which has as far as I can tell never won a seat in the country's national assembly. The party appears in lists of parties by e.g. CIA World Factbook and gets passing mentions in news articles (e.g. [1]), but I can't find significant coverage or anything else that would allow it to pass WP:ORG or WP:GNG.
