Does not demonstrate notability. In terms of notability, it lists 4 items of recognition, one from a non-notable source (topteny.com) and 3 from a non-notable source (XXLPix) that judges by "The Web Popularity Index (WPI) takes into consideration the three key factors of the social web: reach, interaction with users, and external references".
