Weak keep per WP:GNG: [1] (official publication of Church of the Nazarene quoting him), [2] (obituary in The Seattle Times, but I'm not clear if it was staff-written or submitted by his family); and (very weakly) per [3] (obituary in Kitsap Sun, a local-ish paper).
