Delete - Looks to me as though this fails WP:GNG. Having a "local" fan base isn't usually a good sign; at the bare minimum, regional coverage is really what's needed to establish notability. Red Phoenix ^{build the future...}_{remember the past...} 03:53, 6 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
