The result was delete and redirect to Michael Jackson#1995–1997: HIStory, second marriage, and fatherhood. As a compromise between the two most supported options (the keep argument appears to lack supporting evidence); if someone wants to remove the redirect they can try at WP:RFD Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 07:29, 8 September 2018 (UTC)

Subject is the son of one of the most notable musicians and has been doing things in the entertainment field. I am in the process of expanding the article, so deleting it would be a mistake. After all, his sister has a page. It makes sense for both Prince and Paris to have pages. Their younger brother however doesn't need a page since he is still a minor and has not started a career just yet. --MusicAndArtFan (talk) 13:24, 24 August 2018 (UTC)
- Redirect to Michael Jackson#1995–1997: HIStory, second marriage, and fatherhood as he is not independently notable (yet) as a musician and notability is not inherited. I am also skeptical of a GNG claim - substantial coverage involve Prince actually has his father as the primary topic in the cases I saw. Best, Barkeep49 (talk) 19:52, 24 August 2018 (UTC)

- Delete passing coverage because his father is so notable does not make him notable.John Pack Lambert (talk) 00:33, 26 August 2018 (UTC)
- Delete Notability is completely missing. We don't need article or redirect for every relative's name. Excelse (talk) 10:15, 28 August 2018 (UTC)

- Delete Not notable and not substantially discussed as his own person in the Michael Jackson article. Let him have privacy. Daask (talk) 20:34, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
- According IMDB prince is an actor and a single google search will brings lots of search results about him, thus Redirect to Michael Jackson#1995–1997: HIStory, second marriage, and fatherhood as it is a plausible search term. No need to delete the article as redirects are cheap.--Akhiljaxxn (talk) 01:39, 5 September 2018 (UTC) duplicate !vote de-bolded. power~enwiki (π, ν) 03:49, 8 September 2018 (UTC)
- Redirect I see no reason not to redirect to Michael Jackson; Prince Michael Jackson II redirects there and Paris Jackson probably should as well. power~enwiki (π, ν) 03:49, 8 September 2018 (UTC)
