Non-notable minor league baseball pitcher. A minor leaguer needs to have quite a notable career to be worthy of an article, and Sosa does not have that. He spent only six seasons in the minors and never even rose above AA. His All-Star Game nods are of minimal notability, as they were took place while he was in the low minors. Similarly, his Baseball America ranking is not very notable, as he was ranked among players in the Midwest League, not the minors as a whole. He wasn't even a top-10 prospect in that single league. - Delete I see this was one of Johnny Spasm's famous Twins' prospect pages. He ended up blocked for his ownership of those. Not to mention, he recreated it after it had been made a redirect, and the user who initially created the page has the same username as the player, indicating COI. All that is to say those two individuals do not present with the best judgment, and as Alex says this person doesn't meet notability guidelines. – Muboshgu (talk) 00:54, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- If you check the article history.. the creator with the same name made the page about a different individual than the baseball player... this was one of Johnny's creations. Spanneraol (talk) 03:19, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Neutral: one of the references in the article seems good quality. I found [1] which is not substantive enough, but I'll bet based on what I've seen so far that there is. And let's not be distracted about who created the page, only whether it is now notable. Matchups 03:29, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete Not enough reliable sources exist to meet notability guidelines WP:WPBB/N. All the article does is recite stats, so we are not losing anything of value from losing the lone two reference in the article. Bagumba (talk) 06:07, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
