Organising Committee for the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games[edit]

I do not see how the organizing committee of a relatively limited sports competition is notable. They indeed have the head of state as its president, but in Turkmenistan the head of state is a president of everything. One-line mentioning in the article about the games would suffice.
