  • Speedy Delete - this appears to be a hoax or fiction. There are actually several articles all related that I'd like to include. Kingdom of Koya, and King Fondren Bai ll. The only sources are the author of a self-published book on Amazon, Wayne Fondren, his candidacy website, and another website that appears to be self published. The most professional of the websites describes King Fondren as "a American Hip-Hip artist, politician, and monarch of the Kingdom of Koya , he is also a micro-crip,related to crip gang, or officially Hoover crips." here I've added a blatant hoax template to all three articles.
