- Delete. Most subdivisions (housing estates) are not, I think, notable; and local coverage such as this and this suggests that this particular one is a failed development to boot. I suppose the failure could be mentioned in the Rio Rancho, New Mexico article, but little of the mostly anticipative content of this article would be appropriate. - Delete—Individual subdivisions within a town or city are usually not notable, unless they pass the GNG (no notability is inherited from the larger town). This one is nowhere near meeting GNG. Livit⇑Eh?/What? 15:56, 6 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
