PROD has been bypassed due to the potential for this nomination to be controversial. This article is a piece of genealogical research; however much I am supportive of genealogy, I would class this as original research on the part of someone not necessarily the editor who created the page. I will note that some of the content exists at Crofton, Maryland#Existing landmarks. One way to treat this article is as an instance of WP:BLP1E, which would cover Thomas Linthicum, but not the family as a whole; because BLP1E does not properly apply (as it might for "Dupont family in Delaware" or "Kennedy family in politics" to draw two from a hat), I argue for deletion of the article.
