Who I am

I am a designer in the Industrial Radiography industry. I was previously situated in China working on security radiographics for the Beijing Olympics. Now I am in my motherland India where I am involved in Commonwealth Games 2010.

Declared Bias/POV

• Being possessed of certain unpublished works, I regularly watch / contribute to articles connected with feminist Annette Akroyd which includes her involvement with the Brahmo Samaj and the factional disputes within this movement.
• I believe that Religion is the most divisive of all mans creations including at Wikipedia.

The 5 Pillars of Wikipedia

• I expect a high degree of compliance to the 5 pillars of Wikipedia WP:5P in articles, especially when it concerns WP:RS, WP:V and WP:NN. I often disagree with other editors concerning the interpretation of these guidelines.
• NNThis user is part of the notability sorting drive.

Why I now tend towards deletionism

• I am a long time user of Wikipedia, who decided to contribute back to this community.
• I originally registered at Wikipedia to edit creatively in my professional domains.
• I was appalled to observe hardly any "truth" at WP ("Quid est veritas" <--> "Est vir qui adest" Anagram. (What is Truth ? Truth is the man who stands before you.)
• So nowadays I often scrutinise / discuss articles proposed for deletion WP:AFD and subsequently render encyclopedic those which are retained.

Irregular editing

I am unable to edit at Wikipedia regularly due to my often stressful professional commitments.

Editing with Freegate

• Response to this [1]
• During the periods I was in China I edited as an IP using a software called Freegate and a similar software "Ultrasurf" whose exit nodes frequently changed to evade the Golden Shield Project. At the time Freegate was an option recommended by WP to bypass censorship, I dont know what the current status is. These periods will show up as blanks in my edit history - and I cannot specify now the numerous IPs that were used by Freegate or Ultrasurf for my edits - but these are well known at WP.
