Fails WP:ATHLETE in that this amateur athlete only competed at the Juniors level, never at the highest amateur level (national or Olympic competition). Delete - There is no coverage about him in reliable sources to meet general notability. His competitions appear only to be youth level events. And although winning the Norwegian youth championship for 3 years running (if true, as it is ~~outsourced~~unsourced) is admirable, it does not establish him as competing at a top level in his sport. I checked the FIS database for his record but there is no entry for him. I happen to know that Steve Collins competed during that time period, so I checked and there is a record for him, so the FIS ski jump competitor database does appear to go back that far in its records.
