- Delete, I agree with the above two posters. Portuguese sources indicate that João de Barros is a road in Recife in the Santo Amaro neighborhood (https://travel.sygic.com/pt/poi/avenida-joao-de-barros-poi:37499979). Additionally, the Portuguese Wikipedia has deleted the article which correctly referred to it as a road for not being notable (https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:P%C3%A1ginas_para_eliminar/Avenida_Jo%C3%A3o_de_Barros).
