Another AfD pointed this particular individual out; while the Mr. India winner could be notable, but there is no sourcing to help. The Indian Express article is PR, unsure of the second one. I can't find mention of this person in reliable sourcing (to be fair, it is the typical flowery language we've seen in umpteen articles here, but it does not seem to help in this case).
